This is for Knoxville and bayswater branches of smart repairs conjoined, as they worked together to get my ute done after a silly person hit me. I needed my ute fixed in a timely fashion and it worked out perfectly. Was ordered an uber to bayswater, to the hire depot fot a rental car. Then when my ute was finished I was ordered an uber to knoxfield where the repairs were done. Thankyou for taking care of it and taking the stress out of it. Cheers!
I brought my car to Capital SMART for repairs after an accident. The assessment was carried out in Blackburn and the repairs were carried out at the Knoxfield site. Customer Service was excellent at both sites and I'm very pleased with the repair job. All staff members I met and spoke to were friendly and helpful and the courtesy Ubers to take me home and pick me up were really appreciated. Thanks to the Capital SMART team for taking the stress out of an unpleasant situation!
If your insurance send you to this place , please ask your insurance gave you another option and avoid this shop . Wasting my time and my so angry . First they tell me your car ready for pick up , so I returns the hire car and went to pick up , when I reached there , I reliased the back bumper is not fit well and loose , plus have the scratch . My car’s bumper needed to be replaced and it was done within a week. I was surprised because I was in a similar situation 2 years ago and it took much longer with another repair shop. They were also accommodating. Even though I had the appointment at 8 they let me drive away with the car and come back an hour later to hand it over for repair. Overall very organised and accommodating.
Efficient Customer Service and the repairs workmanship are excellent. The tiny damaged at the hinge of the mirror they are able to pick it up and fit them. The level of service exceeded my expectations. And the repair carries lifetime warranty! Keep up the good wook.
