We had a very poor experience with Capital Smart Knoxfield. The contact was initiated through AAMI and the initial customer service appeared to be OK. We were not in a rush to get the repairs done and we were told we would be contacted when the car was ready to be collected. Only three working days later we were contacted and told to collect the car. Poor workmanship from Capital SMART in Knoxfield. I got two panels repaired and they took 6 working days to do the job and had to rent a replacement car in its place to get to work. I got my car back and after a few weeks of driving, noticed the panel wasnt fixed properly and it popped out. Poor workmanship after taking 6 days to do the job.
Great service from beginning to end. Staff were fantastic to deal with and my car was like brand new when I picked it up. Thank you Wendy and the team on a great job! I hope to never need you again 😀, but if the unfortunate happens again, would not hesitate to come back!
Absolutely shocking job: 1. The paint has an orange peel look all over. 2. You can see where they masked to the trim (rather than remove the trim and paint underneath) leaving a line of peeling paint where the old paint ends and the new paint starts. 3. Overspray evident on the edges of panels and door jambs/sills. 4. Paint drips where they sprayed too much. 5. Dirt and imperfections underneath the paint. 6. This shop did an amazing job repairing my car! I am so glad to have it in such good hands as all components needed to be fixed are fixed properly! Couldn't ask for more as my car now looks brand new and works perfectly, so they deserve a 5 star!
