Absolutely fantastic service! They arranged Uber for both drop-off and pick-up, which made everything so easy and convenient. The reception staff were super friendly, patient, and helpful. I literally just handed over my car and they took care of everything. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and very professional. Highly recommend — definitely 5-star service!
Excellent experience. Considering this accident wasn't my fault and an inconvenience to have my vehicle out of action over Xmas, SMART made it seamless and stress free with point to point uber between hire car pick up and drop off. There was little to no wait time when collecting my vehicle when the repairs were finished and the job looks as good as new.
