Terrible they have caused as much damage as they repaired the car went in for very minor damage to the rear bumper came out with prying scratches to the panel gap as seen in photo unfortunately one of my rear sensors was not flush and upon further inspection the paint is all scratched in the fitting i truely hope this is fix asap because it’s a huge inconvenience to not have a car Edit 1 I have had a prompt response from the company and they have agreed that they caused the damage and are now completing repairs will update ... read more
Terrible, DO NOT USE was told 4 weeks, then after 6 weeks was guaranteed that it would be ready. Called Friday told definitely ready to be picked up on Monday. Went and dropped the car rental off and called for an Uber and was told the car is not ready and the girl on the phones tried to gaslight me in saying that is was never going to be ready on the Monday . now trying to organize another hire car, absolutely disgusted
hello i was told that my car was going to be ready in 3-4 weeks, it got to 6 weeks i had hurd nothing so i called them and they said i could come in on that monday and they promised that it was going to be ready, so i returned my hire car and called them to organise an uber there i was then told the car was not going to be ready by an extremely rude lady on the phone who was trying to tell me that it was never going to be ready. the people there need to be trained better on customer service and communication between each-oth... read more
Estimated time for repair. 3 weeks. I got my car back in 3 weeks. Customer service on the phone and at the shop were amazing and helpful. Highly recommend.
