Haven't needed to have a car repaired for many years thankfully, but was delighted with the smooth experience with Capital SMART Repairs at Knoxfield via Shannons. The SMS updates were brilliant. I knew exactly what was happening the whole time. The repair was done very well too - looks like nothing happened!
Great people to deal with. Premises were clean and tidy and people who I spoke with directly about my car were pleasant to talk to.
This is for Knoxville and bayswater branches of smart repairs conjoined, as they worked together to get my ute done after a silly person hit me. I needed my ute fixed in a timely fashion and it worked out perfectly. Was ordered an uber to bayswater, to the hire depot fot a rental car. Then when my ute was finished I was ordered an uber to knoxfield where the repairs were done. Thankyou for taking care of it and taking the stress out of it. Cheers!
