Excellent experience. Considering this accident wasn't my fault and an inconvenience to have my vehicle out of action over Xmas, SMART made it seamless and stress free with point to point uber between hire car pick up and drop off. There was little to no wait time when collecting my vehicle when the repairs were finished and the job looks as good as new.
Whole team of staff are very helpful and friendly. The reassurance and confidence that they offered are extremely good to hear especially after an unwanted accident. They also tried their best in giving the car back to me in no time. I'm really lucky that my insurance company has chosen Capital Smart Repairer in looking after my car.
Send my car for repairs. The whole process was a breeze. Quick assessment and everything was clearly explained. Arranged for Uber to pick up drop off. Repair job was done to satisfaction and car was thoroughly clean when done. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

I have had my car repaired at Capital Smart a couple of times. Very easy to make a booking through their website. Very professional, great communication.Thanks Wendy for organising Uber's etc making it easy for drop off and pick up.
