Great people to deal with. Premises were clean and tidy and people who I spoke with directly about my car were pleasant to talk to.
This is for Knoxville and bayswater branches of smart repairs conjoined, as they worked together to get my ute done after a silly person hit me. I needed my ute fixed in a timely fashion and it worked out perfectly. Was ordered an uber to bayswater, to the hire depot fot a rental car. Then when my ute was finished I was ordered an uber to knoxfield where the repairs were done. Thankyou for taking care of it and taking the stress out of it. Cheers!
If your insurance send you to this place , please ask your insurance gave you another option and avoid this shop . Wasting my time and my so angry . First they tell me your car ready for pick up , so I returns the hire car and went to pick up , when I reached there , I reliased the back bumper is not fit well and loose , plus have the scratch . And after 2 days which is now , I deep wash and detailing my car , I find out the new scratch and dents which is the paint already start to peel of due to you guys not doing a good jo... read more
Worst Quality and Customer Experience i have ever seen in my life, stay well clear at all cost!! car repair was rushed and incomplete, scratches left, panels not fitted correctly, noisey wheel bearing not fixed when i went to pickup, fuel cap open and glue over wheel. to much second hand information, callbacks and stupid forgetful staff, over a month wait for what should of been a 1-2 week repair. Only thing going for this company is the Uber ride pick up and drop off.
