Went in on an insurance job to fix a few small scratches really, look paint job wasn’t to bad but if u knew there used to be a scratch there and looked close enough u can tell that it was a patch work job not a full spray. They washed my car which was a great idea although was a pretty lazy job, not to concerned about that more about the fact they used acid on my $5000 GTS rims which went all white and damaged all the paint work and caps on them. Fantastic service, I dropped my car off to get repaired and from the minute I dropped it off the service was amazing. I couldn’t even finish my coffee before the told me what the plan was and was in an Uber to the hire car. The repair only took a week and was notified to collect. The collection was smooth and fast. Great service all around
Car was damaged and AAMI directed me to Capital Smart Ingleburn for the repairs. Right from the start the staff were fantastic and car booked in. I picked the car up today with repairs finished. The car looked new again and the attention to detail on the repairs was first class. I would recommend Capital Smart to anyone needing repairs to their car. I am extremely pleased with the completed repairs.
These guys deserve 10 stars. Nobody likes the inconvenience of having to get their car repaired, but capital smart made it far less taxing. I dropped my car off, expecting to see it in two weeks, but they called me the next day to tell me it was ready! As a mum of two young kids this was a massive relief! On drop off and pick up, the staff were super friendly (I spoke with Pete and the lady at reception), they organised an uber to the car rental place for me and I was in and out in 15 mins each time.
