Very bad experience repairing accidental damage hoppers crossing branch. Bumper not properly fitted rubber seals were not replaced. Pointed out and got it fixed. Boot still not closing properly. They took out the boot mat and didn't place it back. I realised this when I came back home. Still chasing up for the boot mats

I had a terrible experience at the Capital Smart Hoppers Crossing Branch. While they repaired the accidental damage on the left side of my car, they ended up damaging the paint on the right side. When I pointed out the problem, including the visible polish paper and tape strain on the right side, the repair manager asked me to wait an hour so they could fix it.
