I had a terrible experience at the Capital Smart Hoppers Crossing Branch. While they repaired the accidental damage on the left side of my car, they ended up damaging the paint on the right side. When I pointed out the problem, including the visible polish paper and tape strain on the right side, the repair manager asked me to wait an hour so they could fix it. Faultless Service from Drop Off to Pick Up !! Customer Care was on Point 🎯 from the fantastic Ladies on the reception who made me feel very much at ease with the whole process of the repair to my vehicle. On picking up and examining my vehicle I was extremely happy with the professional work they had done. They do excellent repairs but their phone communication is very poor. Everytime l ring l will be on the phone for more than 5 minutes and no one would answer. On the 21/3/25 l was on the phone for 8+ minutes without any response. The staff at Hertz felt sorry for me and she found another number which they responded to ,it was for them to book an uber. I can't fault my experience at Capital SMART. Amber assessed my vehicle and assured me it would be ready within a week even though she needed to locate a panel & bumper for a 18 year old car. The ladies in the office were also great and organised an Uber for me. Despite being before their Christmas break, the car was ready as promised. The workmanship was excellent & you can't tell that it had been damaged (whilst parked). Very happy with the service.
Extremely disappointed with the repairs. Walked in to see the paint job wasn’t done right the first time. Left the car for another week after I had already returned my loan car. The paint job looked ok the second time but the moment I parked the car in the Garage, the streaks and buffing marks permanently embedded in the paint were obvious in the garage light specially at the night time.
