I had a terrible experience at the Capital Smart Hoppers Crossing Branch. While they repaired the accidental damage on the left side of my car, they ended up damaging the paint on the right side. When I pointed out the problem, including the visible polish paper and tape strain on the right side, the repair manager asked me to wait an hour so they could fix it. My insurer sent me here after my car was hit by a reversing car. The damage was repaired perfectly in only 4 days. The staff are friendly and easy to deal with. I am very happy overall with the quality of work and customer service. Be warned, though, when I returned a missed call, I was on hold for 25 minutes, so the phone system needs improvement.
I was very impressed with every aspect of service I received from Capital Smart Hoppers Crossing. The work was done in half the time, admittedly it wasn't massive damage, but they kept me informed all along the way and the staff really pleasant to deal with. Well done, guys.
Faultless Service from Drop Off to Pick Up !! Customer Care was on Point 🎯 from the fantastic Ladies on the reception who made me feel very much at ease with the whole process of the repair to my vehicle. On picking up and examining my vehicle I was extremely happy with the professional work they had done. Extremely disappointed with the repairs. Walked in to see the paint job wasn’t done right the first time. Left the car for another week after I had already returned my loan car. The paint job looked ok the second time but the moment I parked the car in the Garage, the streaks and buffing marks permanently embedded in the paint were obvious in the garage light specially at the night time.
