Thank you for the amazing service. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and care shown by the wonderful women at reception. It was a very busy and chaotic Thursday morning, but they remained calm, organised, and completely on top of everything. Despite the pressure, they were warm and composed throughout, which is honestly quite rare to see.
