Very professional and very friendly and efficient. The staff are attentive and friendly and every good at their job. The receptionist made the whole experience simple and quick both delivering my car and then collecting it. The chapbthat did the assessment on arrival was likewise friendly and easy to deal with. Very efficient and personable. Friendly and referred to me by name.. so far, very impressed. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. Collected my vehicle earlier than expected. Exceptional service from beginning to end . Could not recommend them highly enough.
Very disappointing experience. It took them two months to fix a small scratch on my car. Throughout the process, we had to call every single morning to get updates because they never provided clear information. Communication was poor, and the front desk customer service was unhelpful and rude. If your insurance company recommends SMART Holden hill I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
They parked my car right under the tree. On the pick up day, my car absolutely filthy. It full of bird poo, leaves and yellow stains. And all I got was...sorry 😤
Super friendly staff. Walked me through entire process when dropping my car off. Only downside was that I had to wait over a month to be able to book in my car for repair. Whereas with other crash repairs, I generally only wait a few days. I also found that my car was there for a long time. I didn't really mind as I had a hire car.
