Very professional and very friendly and efficient. The staff are attentive and friendly and every good at their job. The receptionist made the whole experience simple and quick both delivering my car and then collecting it. The chapbthat did the assessment on arrival was likewise friendly and easy to deal with. Absolutely terrible, having your car repaired by this second rate crash shop, is like getting teeth pulled!! Lie after lie, delay after delay. 3 weeks over the estimated finish date (10days) and they still didn’t repair everything. They missed the entire rear bummer!! Paint overspray on my wheels and windows, interior covered in dust, door trip not replaced properly, and even left rubbish in the car for me. Every other crash shop on the plant would be a much better choice. 0/10! Avoid like the COVID shot!!!
They parked my car right under the tree. On the pick up day, my car absolutely filthy. It full of bird poo, leaves and yellow stains. And all I got was...sorry 😤
Very disappointing experience. It took them two months to fix a small scratch on my car. Throughout the process, we had to call every single morning to get updates because they never provided clear information. Communication was poor, and the front desk customer service was unhelpful and rude. If your insurance company recommends SMART Holden hill I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Beyond disappointed in the service smart repairs have given. I wish I read the reviews before trusting them with my NEW car!! They shouldn’t even call themselves repairers when to be honest all they have done is the opposite. I put my car into be fixed (two doors had been scratched/ keyed) they gave it back full of drip marks on the paint as well as scratches and they over sprayed everywhere.
