The repairs to my vehicle seem to be out of their capabilities. It was a minor rear end collision that seemed to be escalated to a cost of around $7,000.00 It was a low impact collision . Capital S M.A.R.T. sent my car to another repair company to deal with the repair. I had to wait six weeks for an appraisal and was told that the parts were easily acquired. When attending a crash repairer’s at any time it is not an experience that one wants to do frequently. But if you have to, these guys are not a bad bunch to visit. From the couple of dealings that I have had with Capital SMART over the years I’ve always had a positive experience. When dropping my car off Im never left to wait around very long before being attended to - which is a plus for me as I value my time. They always arrange an Uber to collect me from their workshop to take me wherever I need to go - at their expense... read more
I think it was the smoothest and easiest dealing with a car repair business…. Ever! Submitted my claim, got booked with SMART capital for an assessment. Assessment completed within 30 minutes of arrival. Booked for repairs, all completed (1week). Got my car back as promised. The ladies at reception are absolutely professional and friendly. I got dropped and picked up by Uber all organised by them. The repairs are been carried out to perfection. Many thanks!!!
