They parked my car right under the tree. On the pick up day, my car absolutely filthy. It full of bird poo, leaves and yellow stains. And all I got was...sorry 😤
Took my car in for a simple fix, when I got the car back they put the door on without connecting the wires, had a knocking noise from the rear shocks that they replaced for some reason. The door now doesn’t make contact with the A pillar and doesn’t seal.
Super friendly staff. Walked me through entire process when dropping my car off. Only downside was that I had to wait over a month to be able to book in my car for repair. Whereas with other crash repairs, I generally only wait a few days. I also found that my car was there for a long time. I didn't really mind as I had a hire car.
My car was booked for the day after but I happen to bring it in the day before. It got accessed and they ended up replacing the whole bumper instead of the one section that needed to be replaced. They were very accommodating to the fact that we had a new born and needed the car to fit the car seat. Very professional facility that is happy to try and help you out
Had my tub and quarter fixed and they couldn't stick the rubbers on properly then when I contacted them they want the car back to inspect but between the hours of 9to3 mon to Thur shit house hours that nobody who works a normal job can get to just so they can look at it and book it in for another day to fix. Do not recommend them at all. Also when I picked up my car it was full of dust like they had the windows down the whole time and left something over my rear window that I had to scrub off using turps.
