Had to get my car repairs done here and S.M.A.R.T was fantastic from start to finish. They communicated every single step of the way. They organised Ubers to and from and also gave me an estimated time frame and was super surprised that the repairs were done in 3 days after saying that would take up to 10 days. Excellent service and will recommend to anyone who values great customer service
Big thank you to Peter Sim and the team at Smart Holden Hill SA. We were travelling tourists and were unlucky enough to have someone reverse into our D-Max. Peter’s customer service was exemplary. Despite being just three weeks out from Christmas, he managed to fit us in, and our vehicle was repaired and returned five days earlier than promised. Had an insurance repair in capital S.M.A.R.T and was happy with their service. Good communication so everything went so smoothly. Parts were ordered even before i dropped my car and picked up my car after 3 business days. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you. Strongly recommended.
I Must say I'm very disappointed with the quality of the repairs. Reception staff are very good & that's about it. My vehicle has been returned twice due poor workmanship. The interior was left absolutely FILTHY, Filler dust all through the interior, no apology or offer to clean it. To lazy to take a roof rack off, so just painted the door up to the roof rack.
