Our rear plastic bumper was rear-ended, and repairs were covered by insurance. There were already some scratches and scrapes, and Capital SMART were flexible enough to include repairing those, at additional cost. The finished job looked perfect to my eye. All was efficient, staff were very friendly. Matthew was the coordinator - obviously very busy, but took time for a quick chat.
I made a claim through RACT, just minor paint damage to the right side of my bumper. Took my beloved bionic blue ford xr6 to these guys on a Monday, was quoted Wednesday afternoon for it to be finished, got a call Tuesday lunch time saying it was ready to go!
