I have been to capital smart before and they’ve always been good with their repairs. But my most recent encounter was the worst that I’ve had with them. I took my car in for damages to my bumper and they ended up spraying & finishing the job in 24 hours, which sounds great for some people but a 24 hour turn over isn’t going to be high quality. The service here is exceptional. The staff were extremely understanding of my circumstances and were able to exceed my expectations and repair my car quickly. Can not thank them enough for the job that they did, would highly recommend!!!
Not happy with the service that was provided to me and my car. They haven’t fixed my car the way it should have been. Paint job was terrible, I had to take it to get fixed again. Little bits that were supposed to be put back have not been put back or not done properly. Bad job. Also the inside of my car was filthy, full of dust. Never going to take my car there again. Not a happy customer at all! I will definitely be calling my insurance company about this.
Thank you repairing my mirror on the right hand side and the dents it looks fantastic and even fixed the scratches on the door handles aswell. And also washed and cleaned my car. Well done 👏
I’m extremely pleased with the outcome of my car. It looks brand-new. Everyone at Capital Smart in Hallam was friendly and kept me informed the entire time while my car was being repaired. They were polite and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you all
