I have been to capital smart before and they’ve always been good with their repairs. But my most recent encounter was the worst that I’ve had with them. I took my car in for damages to my bumper and they ended up spraying & finishing the job in 24 hours, which sounds great for some people but a 24 hour turn over isn’t going to be high quality. Capital Smart were nothing but professional in all aspects. Customer service from reception to a very timely repair was first class. The repair was a 9 out of 10 but I'm a fussy bugger. If you didn't know the bumper and quarter panel were damaged, you would never pick the repair. Good colour match and overall well done.
The service here is exceptional. The staff were extremely understanding of my circumstances and were able to exceed my expectations and repair my car quickly. Can not thank them enough for the job that they did, would highly recommend!!!
We visited Capital Smart Repairs Hallam on 9 July 2025. During my visit, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behaviour. My concerns about accident-related damage to my vehicle were not taken seriously, and I was repeatedly interrupted while trying to explain the situation. It was suggested, without proper inspection, that the damage was unrelated to the accident, which I strongly disagree with. I had our Mazda 3 repaired through Shanon’s Insurance. The whole process was very professional right from lodging the claim to picking up the car when it was finished. Hopefully I don’t need their services to soon now but I would recommend.
