I took my car in for damages to my bumper and they ended up spraying & finishing the job within a day. Surprisingly after the repair there are damages that is not in earlier after i speak to them they simply said they can’t do anything about that worst customer service i ever had. And they didn’t change my damaged tail light as well. When i check there are silver paint marks on front of my white car which i need to show them and ask them to remove. They don’t treat our cars with good care. Would not recommend capital smart.
Front fender to front door colours do not match. Terrible job. And Daniel (manager) but acts like he with his hard earned money opened the shop. “The old paint is faded so impossible to match” Insurance mentioned that the vehicle would be in the same condition prior to accident. Meaning the paint work would all be cohesive. At least blend the panels. Didn’t even blend the fender to the door. I went in to capital smart repairs with my mother and her blue mazda 3 on Wednesday last week and had a young man give us a thorough explanation of the repairs to her car When we arrived to collect the car (ahead of schedule) we were extremely pleased with the job and the same gentleman even drove the car out for us so we didn't have to walk too far! Exceptional service!
I have been to capital smart before and they’ve always been good with their repairs. But my most recent encounter was the worst that I’ve had with them. I took my car in for damages to my bumper and they ended up spraying & finishing the job in 24 hours, which sounds great for some people but a 24 hour turn over isn’t going to be high quality. Capital Smart were nothing but professional in all aspects. Customer service from reception to a very timely repair was first class. The repair was a 9 out of 10 but I'm a fussy bugger. If you didn't know the bumper and quarter panel were damaged, you would never pick the repair. Good colour match and overall well done.
