I had our Mazda 3 repaired through Shanon’s Insurance. The whole process was very professional right from lodging the claim to picking up the car when it was finished. Hopefully I don’t need their services to soon now but I would recommend.
Not happy with the service that was provided to me and my car. They haven’t fixed my car the way it should have been. Paint job was terrible, I had to take it to get fixed again. Little bits that were supposed to be put back have not been put back or not done properly. Bad job. Also the inside of my car was filthy, full of dust. Never going to take my car there again. Not a happy customer at all! I will definitely be calling my insurance company about this.
