Seamless dealings with a company that has excellent customer service. Nobody wants to have to deal with a crash repair company, but if you do, this mob has the best business plan and customer relations you could ask for. Most time, all we as consumers want is clear information. The company wrote the manual on how to manage expectations. My car's repairs were carried out and the car returned to me within 2 days. My car had been thoroughly cleaned and polished. Even the original 19 year old headlights were polished and look brand new. The work done by Capital Smart and all arrangements made by the Reception staff were exceptional.
The most amazing experience. From the receptionist to the repairer. So professional, fast turn around and extremely happy with repair. From dropping the car off, to them arranging an uber home to the seamless repair work was 1 week. Cannot fault anything, I was worried after reading some reviews.
