My car's repairs were carried out and the car returned to me within 2 days. My car had been thoroughly cleaned and polished. Even the original 19 year old headlights were polished and look brand new. The work done by Capital Smart and all arrangements made by the Reception staff were exceptional.
Went through Bingle insurance and got referred to this repairer. They did a great job and had my car fixed in under two weeks. Fast, professional, and hassle-free. Really happy with the service.
The entire experience at this repairer was TERRIBLE. Their communication on when repairs would be complete was terrible - we often had to chase them up with calls - to be told they would need to check on the status and call us back - which they never did! All we would receive an automated sms at the end of the day (when we were told it would be ready) saying “ready the next day” - for several days!
