One of the best customer service experiences I've had with the car. They showed a great deal of care and empathy during, what would be, a stressful time for many. Particularly, Nat at the front desk who was amazing. She communicated updates on a regular basis and worked with the repair team to effectively deliver on customer needs. The most amazing experience. From the receptionist to the repairer. So professional, fast turn around and extremely happy with repair. From dropping the car off, to them arranging an uber home to the seamless repair work was 1 week. Cannot fault anything, I was worried after reading some reviews. This business is freakin' awesome! From the very beginning to the end, the claim/repair was made easy. Lovely receptionist and all round beaut staff. I was kept updated the whole way through the process. Offered an uber to get home and back. Car returned quickly, perfectly repaired and clean to boot! I would 100% recommend these guys in a heartbeat.
Great people here Natalie and the assessor sorry mate can't remember your name were both excellent. My old Ute is not worth much but I was treated like she was a rolls Royce. Swift professional service I was in and out in an uber organised by them. Delivered to hertz where I picked up my replacement Ute and was on my way in under 5 minutes. Outstanding
I would rate my experience as Zero, if the option was available. My car was not ready when promised and the delay of course was just before a long weekend. Things can happen but the delay was never communicated which meant that I have very limited time to make alternative arrangements before a long weekend. When I rang and asked why my car was not ready they said it was being detailed. My car was retuned to me today and it had cobwebs on the mirrors - my car was not detailed.
