Stay well clear. My daughters car went in for minor repairs and ended up a total mess. The car went from looking good with a minor fault to the front guard, to a total joke. Colour not even close, badges left off and damage to the interior. They said they haven't got the skill to match colour. Now we have to take action against them and get someone that knows what they are doing to fix all the front panels.
Front desk person Natallie is a legend, Natellie is very helpful and genuinely love her job. Reason, I am Not happy is as follow- I gave my car for repair. they kept car for about 40 days. Repair is Not good enough, I can still see slight dent. I know they will never accept this. I am not going back to them as I don't trust them. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Again they front office staff (Natalie) is really good so nothing against her.
going to return the third time to get my car sorted. first time was told that the back bumper is not part of the damage and they could not fit it. looked on the invoice, the screws for the bumper had arrived and have to rearrange another day to fix it. second trip- bumper was fixed but the reverse sensor was spoiled which was working before i send for repairs. was told they will order and it be a quick fix like 20 mins after 2.5 weeks, made a call and was told that the sensor was off market and the insurance company will r... read more
Hard to remember if I had to return 4 or 5 times to rectify issues but a relatively minor repair to the front bumper and grill and fixing paint work defects from a previous repair by Capital SMART turned into 2 months of trouble. Returning only to find additional damage to the car caused whilst in their 'care'. Still has pen marks on parts they weren't fixing and a nice layer of dust through the interior to remind you just how long they had your car. The insurance company arranged for this place to repair my car after the accident with the understanding that they would handle all necessary repairs. While they did fix the main part, I was surprised when they requested that I buy a secondary part and install it myself, then claim reimbursement from my insurance. This has left me wondering about the purpose of leaving my car at the repair shop for several days if I should repair some parts by myself?
