These guys repaired a panel on my D-Max following a 'rear-ender' and it was one of the slickest customer service experiences i've ever had. i rock up, hand over the keys, get an assessment of timeframes, and by the time that quick process was done, Natalie at the front counter already had an uber waiting to take me to the hire car place. Seamless dealings with a company that has excellent customer service. Nobody wants to have to deal with a crash repair company, but if you do, this mob has the best business plan and customer relations you could ask for. Most time, all we as consumers want is clear information. The company wrote the manual on how to manage expectations. Natalie kept me informed on a daily basis and to be honest I couldn’t have asked for more Awesome
