I would like to thank Capital Smart for repairing my car. They did a good job and I would say I’m satisfied on their work. Though it took time to get it repaired but maybe coz of their workloads. The reason I gave 4 stars is because when I picked up my car, the carpet on the driver seat is so dirty as if someone step inside that came from a beach. The guys here go above and beyond! I’m extremely happy with the customer service, a really lovely bunch of people here. After getting rear ended they went above what was needed to get my car looking on point! Absolute legends, will be recommending you from here on out.
I have to say I am impressed with the friendly team that they have eventhough I have to wait 1 month to make a booking through my insurance company but only took them 3 days to fix my car. It is worth it. I had a courtesy car while waiting. I am happy with the result and they also cleaned the interior plus washed it too. I recommend this place if you need your car to get repairing done. Well done team!
Rav and the team at SMART Repairs have always taken great care of us. They’ve worked on our cars twice now, and both times the experience has been excellent. I just want to state the facts! My car was hit at the rear. I put my car in this store for repair through the insurance company AA, on October 12. The front desk staff told me that I could pick it up on October 16th, but no one called or e-mailed me. I called them on Monday, October 19th, and they told me that I could pick it up the car.
