The guys here go above and beyond! I’m extremely happy with the customer service, a really lovely bunch of people here. After getting rear ended they went above what was needed to get my car looking on point! Absolute legends, will be recommending you from here on out.
I have to say I am impressed with the friendly team that they have eventhough I have to wait 1 month to make a booking through my insurance company but only took them 3 days to fix my car. It is worth it. I had a courtesy car while waiting. I am happy with the result and they also cleaned the interior plus washed it too. I recommend this place if you need your car to get repairing done. Well done team!

I just want to state the facts! My car was hit at the rear. I put my car in this store for repair through the insurance company AA, on October 12. The front desk staff told me that I could pick it up on October 16th, but no one called or e-mailed me. I called them on Monday, October 19th, and they told me that I could pick it up the car. Unfortunately the courtesy car I was using was involved in an accident while my own car was being repaired. I contacted Monique for assistance, and she was incredibly helpful in following up on the repair process to ensure my car was returned to me as quickly as possible. The technician even delivered my car to my place and took the damaged courtesy back. It was truly a thoughtful and considerate service.
