The staff in the office were friendly and professional. The assessor was very efficient. The work was done in half the proposed time 🎉 and the repairs look amazing. They even went to the effort of washing my very filthy car 🩷 Thank you for a wonderfully smooth experience!
Picked up my car from being “repaired” today, I must admit I had expected much worse than they did. My previous repair done by them was very sub par, this time, it’s just simple things they did badly. Paint isn’t the same colour, panel gaps don’t line up, replaced the grill but left the cracked headlight, replaced 1 headlight sprayer but left the other old and damaged, over spray over various places from poor masking. Super disappointing and careless work. Got my car back today in worse condition than it was dropped off in. Damage to the edge of one dooor. Plastics were replaced at the rear of my vehicle then carless cleaning (even though I specifically asked them to not clean my car afterwards) has badly scratched the replacement. Absolutely not worth the hassle, go elsewhere if you can
