I can't recommend Capital SMART Repairs Darra. I doubt that they have experienced repairers and seem to just churn as many repairs as cheaply as possible. Since Suncorp own them, there is a vested interest to funnel you to them and the quality of work is really subpar. Please pay really close attention when you come to pick up your vehicle if you can't use a different repairer. Never repair your car here. Extremely poor quality and just cheap service. If getting repairs from Suncorp always refuse to go there. Always inspect your car after your service if you go there because it is highly likely you will have more issues than when you came. Had to return many times, the logistics was a mess, especially with 3 different rental cars involved. You will have issues and it will drag out for a long time trying to get the repairers to fix it. Overall it was a good experience with smart capital however if they can improve and shorten the car assessment period to purchase for the spare part that would be wonderful
My Hyundai Kona went into Capitol Smart for a repair after being struck from behind when I was stationary at the lights. I can’t say enough about how good the Suncorp claims process is but that’s a different review. Capitol Smart at Darra were exemplary. From the moment I walked in, l felt like a valued customer.
