The quality of both their work and quality checks is disappointing. I am still waiting for a callback regarding my headlights, which they replaced but have been accumulating water and fog since day one. I dropped my near brand new car off on the 01/11 to SMART (my insurance’s approved repairer) to have a small dent repaired on my front passenger door, caused by someone else. My car was given to them in immaculate condition - freshly washed and vacuumed. Not a single scratch or dent on the car besides the door getting repaired. Customer service was absolutely on point. Friendly, proactive, and supportive. Repairs took two weeks and the repairs came out perfectly. Great work all round from the people here.
