Communication is poor and you have to constantly follow up to be told the car will not be ready when promised. The quality of the work was also poor. Overspray on other parts of the car and just a generally poor job. The car wasn’t washed so it looked even worse on pick up. Communication and realistic expectations help make good customer experience. Understand things get busy but be proactive as you never know the impact your carelessness has on other peoples lives.
So many "ready/not ready" phone calls - our car was delayed multiple times and 4 weeks from the original date advised. Had to be returned due to faulty sensors not working which caused another 4 days delay. A bit frustrating tbh but the people were good and the head mechanic was very helpful.
Smooth and easy process from start to finish. Team were kind, polite, clear and consise about everything. My car was repaired and ready for me to collect in under 3 working days. The team were very welcoming and made me feel at ease with their genuine care and positive attitudes towards customer satisfaction. Great job team.
My experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T Dandenong has been exceptionally poor, frustrating, and exhausting following a not-at-fault accident in May 2025. The vehicle was only three months old at the time.
