My experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T Dandenong has been exceptionally poor, frustrating, and exhausting following a not-at-fault accident in May 2025. The vehicle was only three months old at the time. The easiest experience I have had getting my car repaired. From lovely reception staff to having the car handed over earlier than expected, the staff at capital smart at Dandenong go above and beyond. I will definitely be recommending their services to anyone I know. They even booked me an uber and I didn't have to arrange my own transport to and from. 10/10 service and far exceeded my expectations!
Capital Smart Dandenong repainted my rear bumper 3 times. Each time, there was obvious defects with the work. You would think on the 3rd time they would get it right. Less than two months later, the paint is cracking and lifting. Complaints to the head office go ignored and staff at the branch are dismissive. AAMI will be footing the bill to have it repainted by an independent shop. Don't bother with Capital Smart - you can probably find someone in the Woolies parking lot who can do a better job.
