My experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T Dandenong has been exceptionally poor, frustrating, and exhausting following a not-at-fault accident in May 2025. The vehicle was only three months old at the time. Capital Smart Dandenong repainted my rear bumper 3 times. Each time, there was obvious defects with the work. You would think on the 3rd time they would get it right. Less than two months later, the paint is cracking and lifting. Complaints to the head office go ignored and staff at the branch are dismissive. AAMI will be footing the bill to have it repainted by an independent shop. Don't bother with Capital Smart - you can probably find someone in the Woolies parking lot who can do a better job.
Capital Smart repairs in Dandenong went above and beyond in fixing my smashed car. I was amazed at how professional, punctual (even earlier than expected), and thorough they were in the panel work that they did . It was like hopping into a new car.
