Capital Smart Dandenong repainted my rear bumper 3 times. Each time, there was obvious defects with the work. You would think on the 3rd time they would get it right. Less than two months later, the paint is cracking and lifting. Complaints to the head office go ignored and staff at the branch are dismissive. AAMI will be footing the bill to have it repainted by an independent shop. Don't bother with Capital Smart - you can probably find someone in the Woolies parking lot who can do a better job.
What a fantastic stress free experience I have had with the team at Capital Smart. The moment I arrived I was greeted by Dean (supervisor) who explained what was going to take place. He was very kind and reassuring that my car would be well looked after. The ladies in the office were equally pleasant and kind.
