The quality of work is unacceptable, particularly the paint job and attention to detail. It needs to be corrected immediately. There are visible issues like paint dirt, excess paint marks, and poorly finished sensor hole edges. The gap between the bumper and headlight is uneven, and the bumper color doesn't match the plastic cap. This has been a very frustrating experience.
I got back my car and didn’t repair properly. My wheel was damaged because of accident but didn’t repair or replaced without any explanation. I don’t know why they gave me a message as repair is completed. Also I mentioned about wheel alignment is wrong as well when I dropped my car but still same and they said was no problem and it’s going left because in front of their road is bending. However, still going left on the highway and any road. It’s really bad customer service and repair quality.
EDIT- They made it right and fixed the repairs. 8 months on it’s still looking good. —- Got my car repaired late Feb and the plastics have fallen off on the side that was repaired and the paint job is questionable.
That’s the worst car repair centre . Please don’t come here. I dropped off my car , and after checked.They said I they would order my car parts and should be arrived in two days. I confirmed with them can I use my car and come back two days later. They said yes..but Two days later I call back they said they can’t fixed the parts for me now. I need to wait for one month later.
