These guys are the worst panel shop I’ve ever been to. They used secondhand parts on my car; not only that, they didn’t even clean the part and just installed it dirty. This is what AMMI preferred repair looks like. The owner is trying to convince me they did an awesome job.
Outstanding customer service and clear, concise information given regarding assessment and repair procedures. Very happy with the service. I dropped off my car on Wednesday for bumper replacement and everything was done in 2 days already. Genuinely appreicate that it was done so quickly and I could make my pick-up appointment at the very last minute on a Friday. Thank you again!
Someone hit my 2021 BMW car and left a relatively small dent in my boot lid. Before I made a claim I wasn’t aware how strict AAMI were about only being able to use their choice of repairer and I was a little concerned and skeptical about how the repairs would be completed.
