Had a great experience with this car service! The staff were very friendly and professional. They were quick and made everything easy. These guys are the worst panel shop I’ve ever been to. They used secondhand parts on my car; not only that, they didn’t even clean the part and just installed it dirty. This is what AMMI preferred repair looks like. The owner is trying to convince me they did an awesome job.
I don't usually write reviews, but I want to acknowledge the excellent customer service and great work that was done to repair my car. The front line staff were very helpful and the repairs were done really well, more so than expected.
(Audi Q7) I am one of those people who do not write reviews, however in this case I make an exception. I have had two experiences with SMART repairs in Coburg. Once just recently after backing into a tree and damaged tailgate, lights and rear bumper creating all sorts of havoc with the auto open and closing function of the tailgate. I can't thank Sam enough for his tenacity in sorting out this complex issue.
