These guys are the worst panel shop I’ve ever been to. They used secondhand parts on my car; not only that, they didn’t even clean the part and just installed it dirty. This is what AMMI preferred repair looks like. The owner is trying to convince me they did an awesome job.
(Audi Q7) I am one of those people who do not write reviews, however in this case I make an exception. I have had two experiences with SMART repairs in Coburg. Once just recently after backing into a tree and damaged tailgate, lights and rear bumper creating all sorts of havoc with the auto open and closing function of the tailgate. I can't thank Sam enough for his tenacity in sorting out this complex issue. Hi Thank you to Capital S.M.A.R.T in Coburg for looking after my father's vehicle, as the vehicle was to be returned for completion of the job, even some time after the initial work. Was treated fairly and respectable given the circumstances, very satisfied with the works carried out, greeted with warmth by the staff in the admin area. A massive thank you for the good work carried out by the whole team, with quick turn around. Recommended highly.
SMART Coburg recently repaired my car with an insurance claim. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All personnel I met were polite efficient and aware of my needs. My car was repaired well within the scheduled time to a very high standard. My overall experience was very positive.
Excellent Customer Service from start to finish.. including the assessment team...Outstanding communication with the progress of the repair..Twice my car has been hit by other people & twice I've had Capital Smart Coburg North do the repairs.
