Someone hit my 2021 BMW car and left a relatively small dent in my boot lid. Amazing customer service and super fast. Had a side mirror that needed replacement. The Coburg team was recommended by my insurance provider and I couldn't be happier. After assessing the damage, they fast tracked my repairs, ordering the parts needed which arrived the next day and prepping them (i.e. painting the parts) beforehand so I wouldn't need to wait or be without a car. The team at Smart Capital Coburg went above and beyond to repair my car. The communication was amazing. From the first point of contact the ladies at reception who are very polite and welcoming to Sam and his team in the workshop. My car was repaired very professionally with excellent workmanship and completed earlier than expected. Thank you for a great service :)
I had my Audi A7 repaired via insurance with Capital S.M.A.R.T in Coburg and from the moment the car was booked in the service was outstanding. When i dropped off my car the two lovely young ladies at the front desk arranged to Uber so i could pick up my hire car and same when i cam back to pick up my car when repaired. Job only took 4 days. Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff were wonderful, kind and always kept me up to date with the progress of the repairs. The job was completed in the time frame initially mentioned and they did a beautiful job. Thank you to the staff for making this such a pleasant experience.
