These guys are the worst panel shop I’ve ever been to. They used secondhand parts on my car; not only that, they didn’t even clean the part and just installed it dirty. This is what AMMI preferred repair looks like. The owner is trying to convince me they did an awesome job.
Excellent Customer Service from start to finish.. including the assessment team...Outstanding communication with the progress of the repair..Twice my car has been hit by other people & twice I've had Capital Smart Coburg North do the repairs. SMART Coburg recently repaired my car with an insurance claim. I cannot recommend them highly enough. All personnel I met were polite efficient and aware of my needs. My car was repaired well within the scheduled time to a very high standard. My overall experience was very positive.
The team at Capital SMART Repairs Coburg have been amazing and made dropping my car off for repairs so easy and seamless. They assessed my car on arrival, discussed what needed to be done, then offered a complementary car ride afterwards! Will definitely come back here next time!
Please on behalf of me say thanks to the tall guy who fixed my red Mitsubishi ASX last week , i was busy and didn’t have chance to thanks him, he did a great job replaced both bumpers and rear door, painted well done everything tight nice and tidy , great job thank you , receptionist also helpful and friendly, ignore some negative reviews here some ppl are fussy and won’t be happy unless you replace their car with a brand new one regardless of how hard and good you worked on their cars
