I had my Audi Q3 repaired at Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs in Cheltenham after a horrible accident where the entire front bumper was completely damaged and honestly they made my car look brand new again. Excellent experience with insurance repairs to my Subaru Liberty. The reception staff were efficient with the car drop off and arranged an Uber to get to work. I was kept updated with texts and calls about progress. Customer service on pick-up with Ella Patterson was outstanding - cheerful, friendly, helpful and efficient. A very positive customer experience for a potentially stressful inconvenient circumstance.
Fantastic experience! Efficient and friendly service, updates via text ongoingly and Uber provided to/from repair location. Ella on reception could not be more pleasant and helpful. Car repaired quickly and clean on pick up. Hopefully I don't need to get the car repaired again, but if I do I'll happily go back to Capital.
My whole experience from dropping my car off, to picking it up has been fantastic. Especially over the busy holiday period. They had my car ready a week earlier than expected. Ella the receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly! The repairs on my car were great. Thank you to the team.
Great customer service. A huge thank you to Ella, who went above and beyond to make everything smooth. She booked me an Uber when I dropped off the car to the rental car also from my house when my car was ready to pick up. The repairs were done for the insurance claim with AAMI. I had to wait 4 days to get the car into the workshop, but once it was in it was repaired within 3 days. The quality of repairs were satisfactory. Very recommended 😀
