From the moment I arrived to drop my car off for repairs I felt a valued client . Thank you Ella and the others that I met at the Cheltenham Office . So very professional in all ways . Ella with your fun and professional approach in greeting the clients as they arrived , the speedy return of my car back in its pristine condition . We used SMART for a recent repair job via insurance and they were great to deal with and extremely professional. Whilst there was a bit of confusion with our part coming in and timings blowing out, they were very efficient with completing the job and ensuring our car was returned asap once the part had arrived. 5 stars for Ella - she is the incredible lady at the forefront of customer service (coping it all) but she is soooo good at what she does!
