I had my Audi Q3 repaired at Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs in Cheltenham after a horrible accident where the entire front bumper was completely damaged and honestly they made my car look brand new again. Fantastic experience! Efficient and friendly service, updates via text ongoingly and Uber provided to/from repair location. Ella on reception could not be more pleasant and helpful. Car repaired quickly and clean on pick up. Hopefully I don't need to get the car repaired again, but if I do I'll happily go back to Capital.
My whole experience from dropping my car off, to picking it up has been fantastic. Especially over the busy holiday period. They had my car ready a week earlier than expected. Ella the receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly! The repairs on my car were great. Thank you to the team.
