I could not have been happier with my experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T. Repairs. My car was repaired in a matter of days and during that period I received constant notifications as to how the repair was progressing and Peter in reception was friendly and efficient. When I pick my car up it was spotless inside and out, such an added bonus! Thank you Capital S.M.A.R.T for such amazing service
My car was repaired quickly and to an amazing standard of quality. It looked brand new when it was returned to me! Staff were professional and friendly and I love that they washed and cleaned the car for me inside and out! An excellent garage that I would not hesitate to use again.
They didn't complete the job. Left a part missing off my car. Saying it was on order and would be ready in 6 weeks - I can take my car now and come back when it arrives. Ok no worries... Its been 6 months now. When i call up they have no record of the part. They say they will check and call me back. They never call back. I keep getting text msgs every 10 days saying the part is on back order. It's been 6 months and no idea of when it will be received or when my car will be fixed properly. Poor communication. I am over the moon with A) the extraordinary service B) the amazing job on my little car C) the whole experience Every person there is smiling , helpful knowledgeable and so willing to help . The reception and the customer side of the business is very strong. Unfortunately I do not feel that the actual repairs reflect such quality. My initial repair was missing some factory optioned cosmetic parts, for which I had to wait another 3 months for and be booked in for 2 days to get it installed. Communication through out the delay was good, however the cosmetic part fell off only a week after I had it installed.
