They shafted me and sent me home with a incomplete car, im only making the review cause the insurance company is also taking to long. This is unacceptable and you guys will pay for screwing me around. Making false claims and not installing the actual part is a crime.
Amazing service. Fast drive up assessment and booking. Uber ordered both ways. Friendly, helpful team. Quality repairs and on time. The lovely lady behind reception needs to be given a raise. Capital Smart repairs Chatswood were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles and wonderful service. The woman on the desk that I dealt with , Monique I think, was kind thoughtful, considerate and incredibly accommodating and made my whole experience easy and breezy. I cannot recommend these guys enough! On top of everything my car was fixed within a few days.I’d like to thank everybody involved.
Chris was very professional – a great experience from start to finish. Communication was smooth and efficient. I’m giving 3 stars because of the line “will give your car a complimentary wash” mentioned in their YouTube introduction video, which I received before dropping off my car. They did a light clean-up inside, but the exterior definitely wasn’t washed.
