They shafted me and sent me home with a incomplete car, im only making the review cause the insurance company is also taking to long. This is unacceptable and you guys will pay for screwing me around. Making false claims and not installing the actual part is a crime.
How is this not claim related? The car crashed into a parking barrier. We brought it to the attention of your staff when we dropped off the car. Assessment of damage is done by your staff. The entire bumper fell off & the temperature sensor situated within the front bumper was broken resulting in the temperature on the dashboard showing 50 degrees at all time. Chris was very professional – a great experience from start to finish. Communication was smooth and efficient.
