It is so refreshing to find such a level of professionalism. A lot of businesses nowadays, have little or no customer service. I was initially greeted and was told that my minor repair could be done fairly quickly. I then was offered an Uber to Chatswood. The repair was done in really quick time and I was kept constantly informed as to its progress. SMART were excellent from when I first drove in. I was greeted, we got it sorted within minutes and I was in my way with the offer of an Uber. Then they finished ahead of time with Monique on reception very helpful. The workmanship is excellent. Very happy customer.
Great experience from start to finish. The staff was very professional and my car looks exactly as I hoped, with an added bonus of vacuumed carpets and a car wash! Capital Smart returned my car in far better condition than I gave it to them. Thanks!
