Very efficient, great service! I had Kluger repaired including one of the head lights. I asked them if they could let me know how they cleaned the sun tarnish off it so I could do the other one. They went one better and fixed it up for me so now they both look great!
When I got my car back it was dirty outside and under bonnet, not been cleaned at all. My car is an expensive car. The back seat was down, but no reason to be down. My feelings are this place is not trustworthy. Battery housing was damaged cost $300 to repair... but no one is owning up to who caused the problem. Avoid this place
Smart Capital Chatswood had done a great repair job on my car. ETA was for 1 week, surprisingly they've completed it in 2 days. Very efficient and Monique the receptionist was very friendly.
They shafted me and sent me home with a incomplete car, im only making the review cause the insurance company is also taking to long. This is unacceptable and you guys will pay for screwing me around. Making false claims and not installing the actual part is a crime.
