They shafted me and sent me home with a incomplete car, im only making the review cause the insurance company is also taking to long. This is unacceptable and you guys will pay for screwing me around. Making false claims and not installing the actual part is a crime.
Really happy with my experience. Booking in and selecting a date was easy. All staff were great to deal with. The repair was quick and I was informed at every step. They were also very accommodating holding onto the car until we returned. Hopefully, I don’t need them again but if I do, I will definitely use them again.
They assess my repairs on my pride and joy Mercedes in 2 minutes and fixed everything in 2 business days - way shorter than the week I originally thought. They even organised an uber to take my home and bring me back. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be selecting Smart again.

She is so calming, happy, positive, helpful, lets you she will take care of everything and not to worry. Seriously. Thank you so much.
