If I could give this place a - ⭐️ I would. Absolutely disgusting work. Twice I had to take my car back to rectify issues and TWICE they damaged my car more than it was before. Brand new car and now is completely ruined.
So far I have waited 10 weeks for a bumper to come in, and now they want me to wait 8 weeks to bring my car in, and they want it for 10 days. This is just poor and lazy. They have booked me in for Labour Day and then realised and changed it. If things improve I will update accordingly but this is just unbelievable. For a tiny bit of damage.
I had a no fault accident had to bring my car here and a simple fix of replacing the bonnet on my less than 2 year old car would have given a better rating. Instead they “fixed” the bonnet. It does not sit flush or even on either side. When I took it back they tried to “fix” it but couldn’t so now they are ordering me another bonnet… That was 6 weeks ago still waiting for a call. My initial repair was done end of January. Simply not good enough AAMI should be ashamed to associate with this company.
I'm having on ongoing terrible experience at Capital Smart Carrum Downs. They've caused damage to my vehicle twice. My car was booked in for repairs after a storm damage insurance claim. I've had to bring the vehicle in multiple times due to damage they have caused and parts they didn't have ready. They cracked the driver door woodgrain trim on one occasion and gave the car back without mentioning it. Had to book it in again to replace that. They forgot to paint the roof mouldings and left it with black paint for a long time... read more
If I could give these guys a zero I would. My Petrol went in from another Capital Smart branch to be rectified and all I can say it was worse than I bought it in. Telling me that the door seal will take time to adjust that’s why the door was sticking and not opening. It was clear that the door was not lined up properly in the first place. Disgusting customer service
