From reception staff, workshop team to management, everyone is respectful, competent and informative. We are very satisfied with the finish and quality of the repair work. The car was returned to us cleaner than when we dropped it in. We asked for the bumper cutout to be smoothed out and it was no trouble for them to do what was requested. I brought my car in to have a scratch on the front bumper repaired and the door replaced. While the door replacement was done well, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When I got my car back, I noticed flaky paint—something that was not there before. There was also a clear coat bubble left over from the repair. When I brought this up, I was told the flaky paint was from my old paint and had been there previously (which was absolutely not the case). From the beginning, I've had such a positive experience. The assessor was honest and advised me of my entitlements for a rental car. The ladies in the office were absolutely lovely. The final product was not bothering with repairing but a new bumper. Perfect! Thank you so much.
Really nice and efficient staff both office staff and estimators in repair section. my car was given to fix bumper replacement and other things they finished in two days. very quick and reliable both in office and who are working in the car repairs section. Some other places it takes 2 weeks to finish like this type of jobs. Thank god I choose this car service and repairs. Highly recommended.
Leanne was so friendly upon leaving my vehicle for repairs. My car was expected to take a week & I was happily surprised to receive a call after 2 days, to say that my car was ready.
