From reception staff, workshop team to management, everyone is respectful, competent and informative. We are very satisfied with the finish and quality of the repair work. The car was returned to us cleaner than when we dropped it in. We asked for the bumper cutout to be smoothed out and it was no trouble for them to do what was requested. I brought my car in to have a scratch on the front bumper repaired and the door replaced. While the door replacement was done well, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. When I got my car back, I noticed flaky paint—something that was not there before. There was also a clear coat bubble left over from the repair. When I brought this up, I was told the flaky paint was from my old paint and had been there previously (which was absolutely not the case). Great customer service, advice and communication. Repairs were done in a timely manner and I was updated throughout the entire process. The company offer a complimentary taxi to get you to or from the venue when picking up or dropping your car off. My car is a bit of a tricky colour as it changes in different lights but the team were able to colour match it and fix the repairs so it looks like.nothing ever happened.
