A very seamless and easy experience and a fast turnaround having my car repaired. Couldn’t fault them!
The quality of my car repair looks very good and the customer service at reception was excellent. On the downside, it took almost two weeks for the repairs (too long for one car door to be panel beaten!), after being initially advised it would take a week. I would have made different decisions about intrastate travel I had planned if I had received better information up-front, as ended up with an inferior quality hire car for my road trips.
