A body repair shop unlike any other I have experienced! Super friendly and efficient service throughout the process. I was impressed at how quickly my car was fixed. The repair was perfect and my car was like new when I picked it up. The workshop is very impressive - entirely visible to customers, it looks to be super efficient, and is as clean as a hospital. This is an impressive business model, I have no hesitation in giving SMART 5 stars 😀
A couple years ago I had my car repaired here through my insurance. Amazing customer service. Unfortunately the quality of work on my car was not so amazing. I had all the driver side panels replaced and the paint job was done very poorly. Although I didn’t realise for a while as it’s only visible when the sun is shining on that side of my car. While taking your car to get repaired is not the most relaxing experience, Capital SMART were outstanding in managing this stressful process. The assessor was thorough and very helpful, and I was updated with text messages every time the claim progressed. I received a courtesy call after 2 days to keep me updated. My car was returned good as new a week ahead of schedule. If you're unlucky enough to need a smash repairer I would not hesitate to recommend.
Dealing with Capital SMART several times over the past 5-6 years (due mainly to vehicle incidents involving a third party), I've always had an excellent experience. From Jennifer who is first point of contact (super efficient and helpful!), to Stacey (who assessed the damage on this occasion) and all the other assessors.
