Once approved for repair and given a date to drop my car off I was given great customer service both at the front desk and by the initial assessor. A small delay was required as my repair needed a specialist to attend. This was well communicated and upon collecting my car (complimentary pick up) my car repairs looked fantastic and a detailed breakdown was provided with a lifetime warranty. Fantastic receptionist.

I gave capital smart repairs a 5 out of 5 rating as I must say my experience with this company from start to end, was a very organised and professional approach . The staff were so helpful especially the two ladies and manager. The staff gave me the time and treated me with such kindness. My car was fixed in a quick turnaround time and a great job.
