We were all blown away at how professional, but friendly and super helpful the SMART team at Brookvale were. We couldn't get in straight away because they were busy and booked out for a little while (no doubt because they are great at what they do). We were recommended to them and are so glad we waited a few weeks. Jennifer was just bloody brilliant getting us organised and kept us across the whole process and up to date all the way. As a former CEO of an insurance related company I wish we had this service for Smash Repairs some years ago, honestly Capital smart are absolutely fantastic .I dropped my car in on a Friday ready on Monday!! all the parts had been pre-ordered. The front of house is absolutely brilliant especially Jennifer and Arron you are a credit to your organization thank you.
Once approved for repair and given a date to drop my car off I was given great customer service both at the front desk and by the initial assessor. A small delay was required as my repair needed a specialist to attend. This was well communicated and upon collecting my car (complimentary pick up) my car repairs looked fantastic and a detailed breakdown was provided with a lifetime warranty. Fantastic receptionist.
I had booked my vehicle in with Brookvale, when I dropped the car off I was informed it would be towed to St Mary’s to carry out the work… when I questioned this I was told Brookvale was too busy and I would have to wait a further 6 weeks. I requested updates with the location of my car and yet was only informed when my car was back at Brookvale and ready for collection… the repairs were satisfactory. The only part of my experience that was pleasant was the receptionist at St Mary’s. I will not be repairing my car with SMART... read more
