The service at Smart was simply exemplary. I was notified at every point and the car was repaired 2 days earlier. My special commendations go to the Welsh man who greeted me as his manner was very reassuring. The receptionist, Jen, was extraordinary. She was so efficient and her warm, affable manner with every customer was superb.
We were all blown away at how professional, but friendly and super helpful the SMART team at Brookvale were. We couldn't get in straight away because they were busy and booked out for a little while (no doubt because they are great at what they do). We were recommended to them and are so glad we waited a few weeks. Jennifer was just bloody brilliant getting us organised and kept us across the whole process and up to date all the way. I recently had some front end repair work done to my Rav4. Aaron the service manager explained to me in detail what needed to be done in repairing the damage and I was kept updated throughout the surprisingly quick process. I felt Capital SMART went above and beyond with the repairs to my vehicle. To my surprise when I returned to collect my car it was washed and fully vacuumed throughout, a finishing touch I thought had disappeared a long time ago. Thank you again Capital SMART for all your good work. Highly recommended.
Once approved for repair and given a date to drop my car off I was given great customer service both at the front desk and by the initial assessor. A small delay was required as my repair needed a specialist to attend. This was well communicated and upon collecting my car (complimentary pick up) my car repairs looked fantastic and a detailed breakdown was provided with a lifetime warranty. Fantastic receptionist.
