Took my car in on Monday, picked it up Thursday. Very professional from the moment I arrived and greeted. Everything stage was explained and the work done on my car was exceptional. Brilliant
The team helped me out thoroughly. Originally my job was going to keep me without a car for up to 2 weeks but as I came from quite a long way and my fix was pretty minor they managed to sort it out within a few hours. Which was amazing, the fix was great!! They gave me a complimentary uber to Manly where I spent the day which was so lovely. The team were so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend. We were all blown away at how professional, but friendly and super helpful the SMART team at Brookvale were. We couldn't get in straight away because they were busy and booked out for a little while (no doubt because they are great at what they do). We were recommended to them and are so glad we waited a few weeks. Jennifer was just bloody brilliant getting us organised and kept us across the whole process and up to date all the way. Excellent service from start to finish. The team handled the repair work on my vehicle with great care and professionalism. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the car was returned looking as good as new. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and the turnaround was faster than expected. Aaron and team were amazing. They made themselves available at a time that suited me and the service was like no other. They were amazingly organised, kept me up to date at all times, offered all forms of support and repaired my vehicle at speed. I have never been to a smash repairer like this. I cannot recommend them highly enough....and have.
