Took my car in on Monday, picked it up Thursday. Very professional from the moment I arrived and greeted. Everything stage was explained and the work done on my car was exceptional. Brilliant
The team helped me out thoroughly. Originally my job was going to keep me without a car for up to 2 weeks but as I came from quite a long way and my fix was pretty minor they managed to sort it out within a few hours. Which was amazing, the fix was great!! They gave me a complimentary uber to Manly where I spent the day which was so lovely. The team were so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend. Capital S.M.A.R.T. has a really smooth and easy process for people dropping their car off, they order you your uber to take you where you need to go (for me it was to Hertz) and keep you informed every step of the way. I hope to God i don't ever need to come back (fingers crossed no one ever runs into my car again!) but if I do, they will be my first port of call. I cannot fault anything. Their team is really lovely too. Thank you!
Aaron and team were amazing. They made themselves available at a time that suited me and the service was like no other. They were amazingly organised, kept me up to date at all times, offered all forms of support and repaired my vehicle at speed. I have never been to a smash repairer like this. I cannot recommend them highly enough....and have.
