Excellent service from start to finish. The team handled the repair work on my vehicle with great care and professionalism. The quality of the workmanship is outstanding, and the car was returned looking as good as new. Communication throughout the process was clear and timely, and the turnaround was faster than expected. Aaron and team were amazing. They made themselves available at a time that suited me and the service was like no other. They were amazingly organised, kept me up to date at all times, offered all forms of support and repaired my vehicle at speed. I have never been to a smash repairer like this. I cannot recommend them highly enough....and have.
We were all blown away at how professional, but friendly and super helpful the SMART team at Brookvale were. We couldn't get in straight away because they were busy and booked out for a little while (no doubt because they are great at what they do). From the moment I drove my precious car to Capital SMART @ Brookvale, I knew she would be looked after beautifully. Eccentric Arron took control, made sure I understood all the terms and conditions precisely and what exact work was to be done on my vehicle. He even reminded me to take my Toll gadget from my exiting car and place it i to the hire care that was organised for me. Amazing service and efficiency, both in the work and communications. Dropped my car in on Monday morning to have a new bumper supplied, fitted and painted, and was told to allow a week, but the car was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Incredible. Thank you, David
