From the moment I drove my precious car to Capital SMART @ Brookvale, I knew she would be looked after beautifully. Eccentric Arron took control, made sure I understood all the terms and conditions precisely and what exact work was to be done on my vehicle. We were all blown away at how professional, but friendly and super helpful the SMART team at Brookvale were. We couldn't get in straight away because they were busy and booked out for a little while (no doubt because they are great at what they do). We were recommended to them and are so glad we waited a few weeks. Jennifer was just bloody brilliant getting us organised and kept us across the whole process and up to date all the way. Amazing service and efficiency, both in the work and communications. Dropped my car in on Monday morning to have a new bumper supplied, fitted and painted, and was told to allow a week, but the car was ready on Tuesday afternoon. Incredible. Thank you, David
The service at Smart was simply exemplary. I was notified at every point and the car was repaired 2 days earlier. My special commendations go to the Welsh man who greeted me as his manner was very reassuring. The receptionist, Jen, was extraordinary. She was so efficient and her warm, affable manner with every customer was superb.
Zach was fantastic! Helped me park my car inside and nicely ran me through the process. My car was fixed within 2-3 days and looks fantastic. Thank you to the team at Capital Smart, highly recommend!
