The whole process was quite fast, and overall quality of the repair is very good. Got rear ended and they fixed it within 10 days. Excellent customer service from the guy at the front desk, he is on top of everything making sure you don’t waste any time.

I had a fantastic experience with Rob, Karen and Andrew. I expressed the urgency of having my car back asap and they did their best to accommodate. I took my car in for repairs and had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, especially the receptionist, who kindly arranged complimentary Uber rides for me both when I dropped off the car and when I picked it up. The car was repaired perfectly and was ready earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend SMART Repairs Botany!
Brilliant....all I can say...my first accident..smashed by a Tesla.... insurance Company sent me to SMART. I was excited as the timing prior to Christmas to be quickly scheduled in a booking was fantastic.
