Great customer service, Fast & efficient work carried out. I have had vehicles fixed with othed repairers & none have been as efficient as capital smart. I’d take my vehicle their again & recommend to all my friends & family
Woeful experience with insurer and repairs. Lodged claim in August 2024, long wait period to be assessed then long wait for repair date (October). Told collect in 10 working days, rang due date, told no work done, parts on order but they neglected to tell me I could collect car so I was without vehicle 2 weeks unnecessarily. Repairs finally completed February 2025. Staff were helpful at Capital Smart but simply not enough them.
I left my car with Capitol Smart after realising I had been side swiped. Of course there was no note to say sorry. Therefore I had to pay the excess which annoys me more. My car was repaired very well. My concern was their ability to match the colour as it is red with a gold fleck through it but they did a great job. It smelt like new. Happy to have my car back
Our car was broken into overnight and by the next day, Joe and his team (Kim and Michelle) had kindly fit us in the following day. Pregnant and with a toddler, not a cent to our name, and no car, they rushed the job for us. Total lifesavers!! Really appreciated the complimentary Uber service, given my entire wallet was taken from the car, so had no way of getting home again upon delivering the car. Absolutely hopeless. All this is covered in emails between us. First tried to get me to accept a different bull bar other than the one I had originally. Probably a cheaper non matching one. Then failed to check my one was even available. So they kept the vehicle for six weeks without doing anything to check bull bar wasn't available. They didn't want give me the vehicle back. I made them. Then the bull bar comes another 5 weeks later which is not their fault. I return the vehicle to have the bull bar fitted. I get a call the... read more
