Brilliant....all I can say...my first accident..smashed by a Tesla.... insurance Company sent me to SMART. I was excited as the timing prior to Christmas to be quickly scheduled in a booking was fantastic. Arrived & seen the premises,made me straight away realise I'm definitely at a very good motor vehicle repairer by the amount of work visible. My turn,told ,2 weeks to finalise. I can't rate them high enough. The whole process from AAMI through to SMART was easy & professional. Dropped my car off this morning & was pleasantly surprised when I was told I would have it back this afternoon. Andrew in the office took care of all the administration & Rob was very professional. They even washed my car. Andrew greeted me on the street with my key as soon as I stepped out of my uber & walked me to my car. Fabulous job, fabulous people, fabulous experience.

I had my car repaired here through AAMI Insurance and the whole process was stress-free. The repairs were done to a high standard and on time. A special thanks to Andrew at reception who was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. Also, appreciation to the manager, who ensured everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Their customer service made the experience easy and reassuring Thanks

I’m insured through AAMI and was recently involved in an accident where another driver hit my car. AAMI was excellent to deal with — professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the claims process. Unfortunately, they referred me to Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs Botany, and that’s where the nightmare began. When I dropped off my car, I pointed out all the visible damage to the repairer, who marked everything with their pink marker.
