We recently used this repairer as part of an insurance claim and they were excellent. They were friendly and attentive when we dropped it off. They fixed it in a timely manner. We are very happy with the job, the car looks like new, no evidence of any of the damage from the accident. And Andrew had excellent communication skills and was very accommodating. When we picked it up it was also so well cleaned, inside and out! Couldn’t recommend more highly!
We've had repairs done by them twice now, and they did an excellent job both times. Their attention to detail and finishing is great. No hint of overspray anywhere, and they took the time to blend the paint across the door which wasn't damaged to ensure no colour difference could be detected between the new and old paint. The staff are always very pleasant and easy to deal with, their communication is good, and they have gotten the car back to us quicker than expected both times.
We were very impressed with the customer service team. They were friendly, informative, and considerate throughout the entire repair process. Additionally, the repairs were completed in 10 days, 4 days less than anticipated
Our car was broken into overnight and by the next day, Joe and his team (Kim and Michelle) had kindly fit us in the following day. Pregnant and with a toddler, not a cent to our name, and no car, they rushed the job for us. Total lifesavers!! Really appreciated the complimentary Uber service, given my entire wallet was taken from the car, so had no way of getting home again upon delivering the car.
