I can't rate them high enough. The whole process from AAMI through to SMART was easy & professional. Dropped my car off this morning & was pleasantly surprised when I was told I would have it back this afternoon. Andrew in the office took care of all the administration & Rob was very professional. They even washed my car. Andrew greeted me on the street with my key as soon as I stepped out of my uber & walked me to my car. Fabulous job, fabulous people, fabulous experience.
I had my car repaired here through AAMI Insurance and the whole process was stress-free. The repairs were done to a high standard and on time. A special thanks to Andrew at reception who was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the process. I took my car in the morning to have my bumper bar repaired and I suspected it might not take very long. They said I’d probably get the car back the next day but amazingly had a phone call the same day that I dropped it off and these guys had sprayed the bumper bar up and fixed it within the day. What amazing service these guys provided. I reckon they’re the best Smash Repair that I’ve ever used, thanks guys
This smash repair was an exceptional experience!! Not only do they offer uber rides after drop off but also for pick up to get your car again. My car was finished within 3 working days and looked brand new again. Even with a tiny electrical fault they handled the matter like true business men and took care of it very promptly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smash repair service.
Bad luck resulted in 3 insurance claims on my car at once (not my fault). The good luck came when my insurance company referred me to this repair shop. From the moment I arrived the team were professional and friendly. When I picked my car up it was perfectly repaired- almost as good as brand new. The team went above and beyond even to remove an extra scratch on one side for me. I can’t thank you all enough! Keep up the good work :)
