Awesome repair on my Suburb WRX. I was rear ended, entire left side was smashed in, as well as the exhaust. The Car is only 6 months old and capital smart have made it like new again. Looks beautiful and how it was originally. Thank You so much.
I am very happy with my experience here! It was such a smooth process and experience. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and they were able to replace the bumper and have it ready by Friday. As apart of their service they also offered complimentary Uber to help you get to where you need to go after dropping off the car and when picking it up 👍 Very professional and top tier work! Thank you again and I will definitely be coming back in the future!

The whole process was seamless from the assessment through to the completion of the works. Staff were all friendly, helpful and the lovely Kelly kept me updated throughout the entire process which is much more then I have ever had from a repairer previously. This is also the first repairer I have ever had stick to the timeline provided, they actually finished my works earlier! Highly recommend the team here. Thank you.
Worst customer service. Dropped of my car for repairs and mentioned to update my contact details as the primary contact as Mrs was overseas. They kept on calling my Mrs and only called me a week after the repair was done. To make things worse, they did not even bother to inform me that the car has been transferred to Knox as they didn’t had the parts.
