S.M.A.R.T Repairs is a preferred supplier of my insurance company. It was a seamless process from end-to-end. An assessment appointment was made to check minor damage to my new Suzuki Swift. Parts were procured and a repair date provided. There were no delays and the repairs were a couple of days ahead of schedule. The car looks as good as new
The experience from start to finish was seamless and was a pleasure to deal with them. I was advised the car would be ready in three days and I was able to pick it up on day two. I could not fault the service and the people I dealt with. Thank you very much for making it a very pleasant experience.
Awesome repair on my Suburb WRX. I was rear ended, entire left side was smashed in, as well as the exhaust. The Car is only 6 months old and capital smart have made it like new again. Looks beautiful and how it was originally. Thank You so much.

I encountered a minor issue upon collection, but it was promptly and professionally resolved by the manager, Brad. Overall, I am happy with the experience. A small note – the receptionist could be a little warmer in customer service.
