AAMI booked our car in for some minor repairs, one of which was replacing the left side mirror with a brand new unit and fixing the mechanics of the mirror. S.M.A.R.T Repairs is a preferred supplier of my insurance company. It was a seamless process from end-to-end. An assessment appointment was made to check minor damage to my new Suzuki Swift. Parts were procured and a repair date provided. There were no delays and the repairs were a couple of days ahead of schedule. The car looks as good as new
I would have given them a 1 star if it wasn't for their staff Yianna saving the day. We had a lot of back and forth with AAMI and Capital Smart, some were not Capital Smart's fault, but some were because of miscommunication with Capital Smart. One of the staff on the phones is really not very helpful at all, she even hung up on me before I finished talking.
