I recently had an excellent experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs. My vehicle was damaged considerably following being hit in the rear. The claim process, the dropping off of the vehicle, hire care, uber service, communication levels were exceptional. The part required for repair was ordered quickly and on arrival the car was booked in. I was told the car would be with Capital Smart for five days but I was contacted the next day to pick up the car. I was very pleasantly surprised. The quality of repair work cannot be faulted. I was very happy indeed with the service provided, hence, top five star rating.
