I recently had an excellent experience with Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs. My vehicle was damaged considerably following being hit in the rear. The claim process, the dropping off of the vehicle, hire care, uber service, communication levels were exceptional. Firstly I will say what I am happy with. The damage itself seems to be repaired perfectly. Thank you. You are very nice people but I am not happy with the way the car was presented on return. I only drove the car home since picking it up a week ago as I am prepping for my major surgery in a few days However, when I got home, I noticed 3 large splotches of some substance on the inside of the driver's door. The part required for repair was ordered quickly and on arrival the car was booked in. I was told the car would be with Capital Smart for five days but I was contacted the next day to pick up the car. I was very pleasantly surprised. The quality of repair work cannot be faulted. I was very happy indeed with the service provided, hence, top five star rating.
