I took my car here as a preferred repairer through my insurance and I couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of work. The team are exceptionally helpful and friendly - providing updates on my repairs and having the car ready earlier than anticipated. The car was washed and looking new again when I collected it. After AAMI submitted my claim to you the whole proceedure from beginning to end was easy. The reception staff very friendly and efficient. The assessors the same and explained everything. Uber car organised to Hertz rental immediately. No waiting. On return for car same,kept notified of finish date . The car repairs were satisfactory and car returned clean. Would definitely recommend .
The staff were friendly, the service was fast and they did an excellent job fixing my car. It looks brand new and the repairs have a lifetime warranty too. Free uber aswell after you drop off and pick up your car.
Capitol SMART and AAMI did not accept my full claim regarding my accident. They both suggested I was lying so therefore, I am providing a low score. The work that they agreed to seems to have been done adequately.
Car went there 4 times as they keep damaging my car on top of the original repair. No care taken during repairs. Rude reception staff. AAMI should move away from them. If you have a prestige car don't go there. Example scratch my car and cracked the front windscreen then said the car was ready to pickup.
