DO NOT USE THEM! I was forced to by insurance company. Ask for anyone else. Firstly when they gave my car back I noticed a couple of issues not fixed. They pretended to take the car back downstairs and fix it, then came back up and said “that’s the best we can do”. Alarm bells. I also noticed a huge scratch along my car that wasn’t there before the repair. Then the next day driving the car I noticed it was making horrible noises. The manager Dean was very professional, efficient and friendly - we couldn’t have been happier with his handling of our repair job. The quality of the work was excellent and finished within the quoted time frame. Would definitely recommend the Bentleigh Capital SMART repair shop.
Highly recommended. Quick repair time. They booked Ubers as well. Best of all, they washed my car really well. All super friendly staff and great communication. Dean the manager was great.
Super happy with my experience with the Smart team at Bentleigh East. Read some shitty reviews and was a little worried. No need as repairs were fantastic, the days they needed my car was spot on. Friendly and efficient staff, they even cleaned my car! You can't always trust reviews and people are sometimes quick to tear others down.Do your research for sure but make up your own mind after you have visited the business being reviewed. 😁😁😁
Massive issue with Completion Dates ! Was given Completion date but SMART were still chasing a part even on the day of Pickup!! It wasn’t able to be delivered to SMART that day!! Extremely frustrating!! Was able to take car even tho work incomplete. Then have had to take car back for final part to be fitted. Was told car needed for 2hours. On delivery of car then told car was needed ……for the day!!! Extremely annoyed with all of these issues!
