We were astonished at the professionalism and genuine care and attention we received at SMART. Paul seemed to appear from nowhere every time we turned up! He looked after us so well, as did the reception team. The car was perfect when we collected it - earlier than promised. The courtesy Uber to and from the premises was a real bonus. It looked as though everyone who worked there really enjoyed their job and took great pride in what they were about. Well done and thank you.
Rate the service here very highly. We had our Audi Q7 repaired here and the service start to finish was A1. The work was done in a few days and complimentary Ubers to and from the workshop took a lot of hassle away. Service Manager Fraser was excellent in explaining exactly what would be done and was there to handover the car on completion. Very professional start to finish. Recommended.

2nd repairs required to out vehicles in as many months. Smart team from the front desk to crew out back in the workshop deliver the best results and customer service. I should have taken into consideration the other real reviews, my experience is exactly as other people. poor quality budge repair. Unprofessional repair with an easy approach, “ok, bring it back and we’ll try again” they know the service is very poor and you are only another unhappy customer. Vehicle was inspected and I agreed to have the car in for the repair only when they had all the parts.
