Nothing but trouble with this repairer recently. I have just booked in my second quality repair issue because the car came back WORSE than it went in for the first quality repair issue rectification. Won't be picking up the car again until repairs completed properly. Capital SMART, very happy for you to contact me.
Abysmal process to go through. My car didn't even end up getting repaired there. They ended up referring it to another body shop. My main issue is that I had to wait for two weeks for my case to be referred to another repairer. I called every day for an update, and was fed a different story every time; the assessor has left on a holiday, they are waiting for approval from an insurance company (which I checked, and they weren't). This team won a service excellence award in 2014. Things have gone downhill since then. Repair took ages and look at the photos of how my car was returned. Ask your insurer for an alternative repairer.
Disappointed in my experience and hopefully won't have to deal with this again. Whilst some of the customer service team was as helpful, the poor communication in regards to the status of my vehicle was stressful and unnecessary. I found myself constantly chasing up and seeking information on the status of my car. My experience getting my car fixed through this place has made me want to change insurance providers (and I will be doing so as soon as I can) There is literally NO communication on how long your car will take. If you call them they will say they'll call you back with an answer, but never will. Your car will take 6x more than the estimated time frame. It will come back with dings fixed but lights not working (that worked previously).
