Rate the service here very highly. We had our Audi Q7 repaired here and the service start to finish was A1. The work was done in a few days and complimentary Ubers to and from the workshop took a lot of hassle away. Service Manager Fraser was excellent in explaining exactly what would be done and was there to handover the car on completion. Very professional start to finish. Recommended.
I've needed the services of Capital Smart in Bentleigh East a few times for minor repairs and I've always found the service and the repairs excellent. Communication about the repairs is comprehensive and friendly from the staff there and the repairs have always been done quicker than expected. The whole process has always been seamless. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

James, the assessor, and the front line team did an excellent job today. Friendliness and calmness were the key of the day. James knows his stuff and quickly ran me through the process. Sadly he underpromised but gladly he over delivered! So when he said it wouldn’t be looked at till tomorrow, he managed to have it looked at today. Job done and a happy customer.
