The manager Dean was very professional, efficient and friendly - we couldn’t have been happier with his handling of our repair job. The quality of the work was excellent and finished within the quoted time frame. Would definitely recommend the Bentleigh Capital SMART repair shop.
Highly recommended. Quick repair time. They booked Ubers as well. Best of all, they washed my car really well. All super friendly staff and great communication. Dean the manager was great.
Can not comment on the repairs because my car was sent to another mechanic since they were not able to look after it. What I can comment is that I believe there should be a better communication around the time frame of the repair with a better transparency process. From their assessment in 5 days I was getting the car back, once their partner in Dandenong assesses the car said 3 weeks in total, a large discrepancy that could have been manager better.
Super happy with my experience with the Smart team at Bentleigh East. Read some shitty reviews and was a little worried. No need as repairs were fantastic, the days they needed my car was spot on. Friendly and efficient staff, they even cleaned my car! You can't always trust reviews and people are sometimes quick to tear others down.Do your research for sure but make up your own mind after you have visited the business being reviewed. 😁😁😁
On the first morning I drove my brand new Toyota Yaris, a huge Aldi delivery truck reversed into me and smashed the rear bumper. There was a surprising amount of damage. When I first arranged to have it repaired at Capital Smart, they had to return it to me because they couldn't get the part.
