Exceptional service with repairs done to my car. Very happy indeed. Also exceptional customer service from Casey at front desk who was so friendly and helpful. My collection date was delayed but that was due to unforeseen circumstances. On collection of car it looked like a new car, all washed and shiny too. Thank you.
Approximately eight weeks ago smart repaired my vehicle after someone ran into it and a couple of weeks after that I noticed one of the seals wasn’t attached so I bought it back into Capital to hopefully replace it and I wasn’t quite sure if they would. But they did no questions asked. I was in and out in 10 minutes!! The whole team are professional Alf was the main person I interacted with.and he was very helpful and friendly. With respect to the workmanship and quality, great. However, they overpromise job completion time and over book other customers. This resulted in significant delays (delay after delay), resulting in significant out-of-pocket costs and having to replan, seek alternative transportation, and the logistics of dropping off and picking up kids, and other important appointments. Had a fantastic experience - staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Impeccable work and they turned it around so quickly. And even cleaned my car too! Very impressed and highly recommend.
