I had my scratched bonnet repaired through AMI at Belconnen Smart after another car hit it. On the outside, the front looks great, but when you open the bonnet it’s clear the job was rushed and poorly done. The bonnet insulation pad had been ripped at the corners, and instead of being properly refitted with the correct clips, it looks like they just glued it back on. Recently had work done there fixing a small dent outside the car door.they did a good job on the door outside but stratched all my interiors trim taking of plastics.very un happy with the result as it make the inside of my car look old now with all the marks they left.im never going back there again.can also see a large dent they left under the car
Repairer selected by GIO Insurance. Had excellent service, great communication and can not fault the repair quality. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly without being over the top as well as very professional.
I had my car returned to me but when I took a closer look at the vehicle there was a few problems namely the new headlight on the left hand side was scratched and the bracket that holds the headlight melted/plastic welded. The plastic tabs that hold the top part of the front bumper in the engine bay is broken with screws being overtorqued. I am happy with the efficiency and speed at which my car was returned but not with the quality of the workmanship.
Great insurance claim with this company, had to wait for parts but keep updating every week, repair took week or so vehicle looks brand new with life time warranty. I would recommend this guys very friendly and professional. Plus GIO was great with the claim process everything done online.
