I hit a kangaroo with my car! I thought i was going to wait 3 months like i had to with Gemini repairs 2 years ago. Exceptional staff and waiting times were outstanding. Only waited 2 weeks for repairs on my vehicle. Returned with appreciation and a cooked lunch for all the staff. I went to get my car fixed in May 2025, the team over there is really professional and polite. They assessd the damage and parts were ordered. Whole process was smooth, they even booked uber for pickup and dropoff. Months later there was some issue with the workmanship, but Capital smart once again stayed on top of it and helped fix the issue. Highly recommended, great team.
Recently had work done there fixing a small dent outside the car door.they did a good job on the door outside but stratched all my interiors trim taking of plastics.very un happy with the result as it make the inside of my car look old now with all the marks they left.im never going back there again.can also see a large dent they left under the car

Repairer selected by GIO Insurance. Had excellent service, great communication and can not fault the repair quality. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly without being over the top as well as very professional.
