Approximately eight weeks ago smart repaired my vehicle after someone ran into it and a couple of weeks after that I noticed one of the seals wasn’t attached so I bought it back into Capital to hopefully replace it and I wasn’t quite sure if they would. But they did no questions asked. I was in and out in 10 minutes!! The whole team are professional Alf was the main person I interacted with.and he was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for your great customer service 😊
Terrible customer service. The receptionist was rude and confrontational from the moment I tried to book my assessment, and again when scheduling the repairs. Getting a clear ETA on when my car would be ready was also difficult. Satisfactory repairs. They replaced one door and repaired another, but there was no attention to detail beyond that. Exceptional service with repairs done to my car. Very happy indeed. Also exceptional customer service from Casey at front desk who was so friendly and helpful. My collection date was delayed but that was due to unforeseen circumstances. On collection of car it looked like a new car, all washed and shiny too. Thank you.
Very professional and handled everything very smoothly. Didn't had to do much. It was easy to communicate and results were outstanding
FYI - this repairer is owned by Suncorp. The repair was satisfactory (touch wood), however several factors weren't up to scratch. The updates on the repair were basically 'sorry not ready today, we'll let you know'. When ready, it was a notification basically at COB, so I couldn't confirm best arrangements until the next day. I called at 815am and was on hold for 20+ minutes. I called Fyshwyk and they weren't much help either, though they answered within 30 seconds.
