Approximately eight weeks ago smart repaired my vehicle after someone ran into it and a couple of weeks after that I noticed one of the seals wasn’t attached so I bought it back into Capital to hopefully replace it and I wasn’t quite sure if they would. But they did no questions asked. I was in and out in 10 minutes!! The whole team are professional Alf was the main person I interacted with.and he was very helpful and friendly. Had a fantastic experience - staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Impeccable work and they turned it around so quickly. And even cleaned my car too! Very impressed and highly recommend.
With respect to the workmanship and quality, great. However, they overpromise job completion time and over book other customers. This resulted in significant delays (delay after delay), resulting in significant out-of-pocket costs and having to replan, seek alternative transportation, and the logistics of dropping off and picking up kids, and other important appointments. my car was damaged and AAMI referred me to capital smart - beautiful service in my experience. staff are super friendly, kind and communicative. I felt comfortable and taken seriously. they did a great job at replacing and repairing some extensive damage to my car. they offered Ubers to places aswell. very happy with my experience here.
