After assessment at Banyo my vehicle was finally repaired at Banyo. The reason was not really explained until I arrived at Tingalpa. This was only a minor thing to me. More importantly the customer service was excellent at both locations, as was the quality of the work done.
Update on this review to 1 star. This review was posted on 15 May. To date it still stands with continuous changes of dates (which i get), but 0 communication unless i picked up the phone in anticipation of them holding to their word and then putting it back on me. With no real care to the impact its having on me financially. Friendly team. Clean,spacious, great to hear music uplifting clients and staff mood early in the morning. I would recommend Capital Smart to anyone who wants to be looked after very well. I’m someone who put safety first, and that includes who I trust with my car… and I felt safe with Capital Smart! You can feel the positive energy as you enter in and everyone is so friendly, respectful and they go above and beyond to provide a top notch service. Thank you guys for looking after my car, I’m so grateful… I don’t take great service for granted!
I was pleasantly surprised at the fast turnaround time for my car to be repaired. From the time of assessment till the time I had a message to say I could come and pick it up with six days. Happy with the work and happy with the communication and friendly nurses of all of the team at Capital SMART Banyo, would recommend.
Lack of transparent communication, shifting timelines, and severe customer hardship. After an initial 5 start review when i brought my vehicle in with friendly reception and service, this changed immensely and still awaiting help that would eleviate my priblem.
