Repair process was easy, they gave a realistic estimate of how long it would take on the spot when dropping off the car (taking into account public holidays), followed up by a formal time later, car was even ready ahead of schedule in the end. Staff were all easy and pleasant to deal with and collection and drop off were fast and simple.
This is the specific company from my insurance. I am a bit worried at the beginning as I saw some bad comments regarding the service. However, what I experienced was very good, they arranged transport to/from the car rental and the actual completion of my car fixing is 4 days in advanced. Overall, I am happy the service and I do recommend to others.
Great experience from the moment you drive into there impressively Clean and well set up organisation, Estimator advised me they would need my vehicle for 5 Business days for my repair and said this is estimated as i totally understood, which in turn they had my car back to me within 3 days , as mine was only a small repair , however i'm very pedantic about my car with panel gaps and colour and these guys Nailed it !! .... I had a really disappointing experience with this panel beater. I took my car in for some repairs, and when I got it back, I noticed that parts were swapped out, parts that were not damaged and didn’t need replacing. Not only were the new parts clearly old and faded, but they didn’t even match the condition of the rest of the car. I took the car back in and was told they forgot to polish that one part, to which that polished it and it faded back within a few days.
