The coordination between SunCorp insurance and S.M.A.R.T was a flawless experience. Staff at S.M.A.R.T are very kind and helpful, but somethings need addressing on the workshop floor. I’m uncomfortable with making the following criticisms. Sadly, the quality assurance (QA) of S.M.A.R.T was poor, and the workshop coordinator could have also put some thought into the final outcome. A big thank you to Daniel and the team at Capital SMART Banyo for taking on the rectification work of repairs previously done to my vehicle. After having a very minor repair botched up not once but twice by a nearby repairer, who CARE more about pushing work out the door than quality or the customer, Capital Smart agreed to take on the job and delivered a quality repair job. Excellent process of getting my car repaired. Communication was great. No problems. Staff super helpful. Iasha at the front desk organised my Ubers back n forth and explained the complete process to me. It’s so easy cause they run a “well oiled machine”.
