The customer service team here are fantastic. They are friendly and efficient. Everything was very smooth and easy and they arranged Ubers for me. The repair was completed very quickly and they kept me informed of the progress every step of the way. They did a really great job with the repair and the outside of my car was cleaned. It was a pleasure dealing with the team at Archerfield.

Sent to this company by AAMI after a bingle. Five stars to Tara, Jade and the team! Wonderful customer service from the get go from Jade and then wonderful Tara looked after me - she was friendly professional and super kind and easy to deal with. Five stars to Tara working on her own in super busy role, never unfriendly always 100% super customer focused. Car fixed earlier than expected (under 1 week!). Repair (bumper scrapes) done well. Made my experience super easy. Loved communication by phone and email. Very grateful.
Amazing service and attention to detail throughout the experience. The amazing team from reception through to the workshop was helpful and supportive. I was kept informed of progress which was also completed 2 days before the estimated date. Could not be happier with the service and quality of the work. Recommended!!
