These guys were amazing. My car went in on Wednesday for a ding on the back quarter panel and to fix a rim. I got a call after 2 days to say that it was ready. Not only had they done the insurance claim but also fixed a few other little scratches that were on my car. Nothing was too much for them. I am so happy and would recommend them to anyone
Sent to this company by AAMI after a bingle. Five stars to Tara, Jade and the team! Wonderful customer service from the get go from Jade and then wonderful Tara looked after me - she was friendly professional and super kind and easy to deal with. Five stars to Tara working on her own in super busy role, never unfriendly always 100% super customer focused. Car fixed earlier than expected (under 1 week!). Repair (bumper scrapes) done well. Made my experience super easy. Loved communication by phone and email. Very grateful.
I gave my car for the repair from aami insurance and I got back my car in one week and guess what they forgot too add wiper pipe in the front from where we can clean our windshield lol take your time to complete you whole work properly don't miss out any things, got frustrated that again I have to give back my car 😡😡
Wow! Where do I begin, brought in my Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, I love my cars especially this one, was sceptical at first about if the repairs/job will be done properly as most people would be! But wow I'm blown away not just at The work put in, but the time frame! I would regularly contact Capital Smart Archerfield for updates, they were answered swiftly, and with accuracy on time frames. These guys are simply the best! The service is absolutely unreal, they cannot do enough for you! the girls at reception are wonderful and so are all the people who work there.The repairs are perfect, they used genuine parts on my 12 year old Mazda 3! Highly recommend them!
