Very poor and not professional , in the worksheet they have mentioned they have changed the right side mirror and its associated parts. But it’s not even touched, when I asked them about the discrepancy they told the part is unavailable and they will order it from Germany and will call back after 2-3 weeks to fix it. The door pad is not properly fixed and I can feel the door noise while closing.
I had the best experience today, dropping my car off to be repaired, I had no sooner pulled into the parking bay, when i was greeted by Jason. Jason explained to me what repairs they would be doing to my car. I was apprehensive prior to dropping my car off. Jason was very professional and reassuring and put my mind at ease. The office lady was fantastic she was very helpful and kind she ordered a uber car for myself it arrived under 10 mins and she talked me through the process of when i pick the car up.
From my previous repair, they couldn’t get the parking sensor bezel for almost one year. I was fine (although it wasn’t ok). The sensor was in its place but was a bit loose. But when I picked up my car from a new repair inspection yesterday, they have removed the sensor itself. I noticed this after going home. If you can’t fix, atleast don’t break it further and leave it there. Sorry about this review. Ed is a good guy but I think he can’t do it all by himself.
Absolutely appalling experience over 3 separate insurance claims (2019, 2022, 2024) – all handled by Capital Smart Repairs. Claim 1 (2019 – Front Bumper): What started as a minor scratch turned into a disaster. The paint protective film was removed, the respray was poor, and dust was left around sensors.
