Booked in through Suncorp after damaging the drivers side door of my Audi A4, was able to collect within a week. Looks like it wasn’t even damaged in the first place, I’ve noticed they must have changed my key fob batteries too as a “change batteries” message kept popping up upon start up but has now disappeared. Overall quick and efficient, quality work and took the initiative to change my key fob batteries on top of that.
These guys are awesome. The repairs were done quickly and it looks great. Jason is a life-saver!! When I picked my car up I mentioned I needed to check my engine oil; Jason offered to do it for me, and when he realised that i had been driving it completely (horrifyingly) empty, he drove to Repco, bought oil, and filled it up for me. I really appreciated the entire process. It was simple, clear, and very convenient. Everything was well organized, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The repair work was completed to a very high standard, and the vehicle was returned in excellent condition with no issues. Very satisfied with the overall service.
From my previous repair, they couldn’t get the parking sensor bezel for almost one year. I was fine (although it wasn’t ok). The sensor was in its place but was a bit loose. But when I picked up my car from a new repair inspection yesterday, they have removed the sensor itself. I noticed this after going home. If you can’t fix, atleast don’t break it further and leave it there. Sorry about this review. Ed is a good guy but I think he can’t do it all by himself.
I recently had my car repaired through my insurance claim, and I’m very happy with the service. They did a great job, replaced all the required parts as described, and the car looks great.
