I really appreciated the entire process. It was simple, clear, and very convenient. Everything was well organized, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The repair work was completed to a very high standard, and the vehicle was returned in excellent condition with no issues. Very satisfied with the overall service.
I drove the car in for insurance and then received the car back with the bullbar missing, one number plate missing, had the bonnet smashed in with a hammer when it was a new bonnet and had just been painted and overspray on the car Among those thing. They also stole my cigarette lighter and Interior bonnet lever ... do not take your car here for insurance cause they are nothing but a bunch of theifs and should be charged for excess damage to my car and got it back undriveable. Uselss
Very poor and not professional , in the worksheet they have mentioned they have changed the right side mirror and its associated parts. But it’s not even touched, when I asked them about the discrepancy they told the part is unavailable and they will order it from Germany and will call back after 2-3 weeks to fix it. The door pad is not properly fixed and I can feel the door noise while closing.
The Capital SMART Repairs team were amazing after my kayaks with roof cross racks attached were ripped clean off my roof & on to the highway! Excellent service, explained all the steps & made them easy. Absolutely appalling experience over 3 separate insurance claims (2019, 2022, 2024) – all handled by Capital Smart Repairs. Claim 1 (2019 – Front Bumper): What started as a minor scratch turned into a disaster. The paint protective film was removed, the respray was poor, and dust was left around sensors.
