I experienced a high level of service and professionalism from start to finish in dealing with Capital SMART; the ladies at reception were friendly and helpful, including arranging alternative transport, and the workshop manager was similarly professional and friendly. The minor panel repair works I required were carried out on time. I would therefore highly recommend. (Before and After photos)
A premium experience. Professional, friendly, informative staff. Picked my car up today and the repair appears to be good as new. It was great to have a late model loan car as well so I could drive in comfort and safety whilst my car was being fixed. Handled all liaison with my insurer as well.
Worst repair we have ever experienced. Replaced side mirror with one not fitted with the factory indicator, clear coat failed within months of job being completed, clips broken and side skirt stuck on with silicon. The workmanship is terrible and they only care about completing a job as quickly as possible. Changed insurance company as we don't want to have to deal with this level of service again.
