If they are happy to allow you to pick your vehicle up with crappy work, then I guess they take zero notice or care about crap ratings/reviews. My car looks worse now than when it went in, sure it had a massive bump on the back but it gave it personality compared to the shonky paint job, scratches, bubbles, dents, wax/petroleum jelly and cracks you returned it with. This was just a remarkable experience the whole way through. This was a no-fault accident and I had the foresight to get the option for a hire car. The repair process in every element was just outstanding 1 getting an Uber to and from the rental car agency and communication was amazing I don’t normally write these reviews however the whole process was so good that I felt obligated to let everyone know.
