I used Capital SMART through a AAMI insurance claim. George and the team did a fantastic job repairing my current model Subaru. Pearlescent white is a notoriously difficult colour to match but the repair looks absolutely seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed and did so in a timely and professional manner. The complimentary Ubers to and from pick up make it even easier. Apologies for the late review, I meant to leave this about a month ago but completely forgot. That said, I promised both George and the lovely receptionist that I’d write something up, and I genuinely wanted to, because the service I received deserves to be acknowledged. Incredibly poor attention to detail, unable to complete the basics. First bought my car in in April through AAMI, it was a horrible colour match. See photos, the reflection of the bin in completely blurry compared the the original panel, the guy there actually had to audacity to tell me it'll fix itself up once we wash it a few times LOL. The only saving grace for this place is Nick, a few weeks later, who told me whoever told me that was absolutely nuts and booked it in to be repaired AGAIN. A few weeks ago, I hit a kangaroo which damaged the right headlight of my car. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an insurer-approved panel beater nearby with a reasonable wait time. Thankfully, Capital SMART at Airport West was able to accommodate me and promptly ordered the necessary parts. They fixed the issue within a day, which was a huge relief.
