Had an insurance claim at SMART Repairs. Had to visit on two occasions. The girls in customer service were super lovely. Nick and the repairs team were also very helpful and informative. The service was incredible the entire time I was there, had complimentary Ubers booked for me too and from car rental. I received my car a week earlier than expected. I don’t normally review business’ and am huge on service. This business deserves a 5 star review for their staff.
I would avoid this company unless you don’t care about quality. I had a passenger side door replaced. My car was immaculately cleaned inside upon dropping it off. It was returned to me full of dust, mud all over the floor mat and my boot is full of mud with scratches around the plastic. How does this even happen? My boot wasn’t even part of the repairs. Left mud guard on back tire also had to be replaced because they scratched and damaged it. How they did this I have no idea. The paint job had lumps and bubbles and also ... read more
Would definitely recommend this company to family and friends. I had my car door mirror replaced with them though my insurance. All the staff are friendly, accommodating and professional. Very happy with the service I received. Keep up the great work team!
One of the most unprofessional site i have ever been to. These guys do not have any quality control system in place, when my car was repaired they left so many issues which weren’t there before. They left some marks and scratches which weren’t there before and i went with these issue three times after the car was repaired. Every appointment to fix the issues they have made will take a week so imagine it took almost a month for all the issues to be fixed. I recently had my car here for repair. Selected these guys via my insurance shannons knowing another family member had used them. Was a bit nervous after reading some of these reviews, but i need to say, they are a Fantastic service. Ease of drop off and pick up. Repairs prefect. Uber to where i needed to go after drop off. They held off putting the decals on the door to ensure the paint cured and today sent someone to my house to complete. Great service. Couldnt fault them. Would definitely recommend this crew. Thank you!
