Had a great experience with Capital, the staff in the office were lovely and the communication with them was fantastic. Repair looks great. Car has come up nicely, damage is hardly noticeable.
Honest to goodness a very seamless and smooth car insurance repair experience with Capital SMART. Their reception is pleasant to deal with and communicative, car assessment and repair were smooth. They fixed my car in half the time originally quoted, 5 working days instead of 10. They also arranged quick Ubers to and from the car hire place. Thanks for giving us good CS and CX!
Very quick, efficient and professional service. Although, I would have felt better about my experience, had someone walked me through the repair, rather than walk me to my car, and hand me the report of work done, and tell me how busy they are, and to ring them if I had any issues. The staff were extremely approachable and always apologetic for making you wait, which was great. Overall though, a great experience.
Apologies for the late review, I meant to leave this about a month ago but completely forgot. That said, I promised both George and the lovely receptionist that I’d write something up, and I genuinely wanted to, because the service I received deserves to be acknowledged. Back in late October 2025, my Audi was damaged and I initially went through another repairer selected randomly via my insurer. That experience dragged on for over 5–6 weeks. I used Capital SMART through a AAMI insurance claim. George and the team did a fantastic job repairing my current model Subaru. Pearlescent white is a notoriously difficult colour to match but the repair looks absolutely seamless. They went above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed and did so in a timely and professional manner. The complimentary Ubers to and from pick up make it even easier.
