Had a great experience with Capital, the staff in the office were lovely and the communication with them was fantastic. Repair looks great. Car has come up nicely, damage is hardly noticeable.
Very quick, efficient and professional service. Although, I would have felt better about my experience, had someone walked me through the repair, rather than walk me to my car, and hand me the report of work done, and tell me how busy they are, and to ring them if I had any issues. The staff were extremely approachable and always apologetic for making you wait, which was great. Overall though, a great experience.
From the moment I walked in to when I picked up my car I had no issues whatsoever. Staff very helpful at all stages of my repair. Organising an Uber to and from hire car place was fantastic. Even making sure I took my E Tag Thank you once again.
Honest to goodness a very seamless and smooth car insurance repair experience with Capital SMART. Their reception is pleasant to deal with and communicative, car assessment and repair were smooth. They fixed my car in half the time originally quoted, 5 working days instead of 10. They also arranged quick Ubers to and from the car hire place. Thanks for giving us good CS and CX!
