If they are happy to allow you to pick your vehicle up with crappy work, then I guess they take zero notice or care about crap ratings/reviews. My car looks worse now than when it went in, sure it had a massive bump on the back but it gave it personality compared to the shonky paint job, scratches, bubbles, dents, wax/petroleum jelly and cracks you returned it with. They did a fantastic job repairing my car. It all came back looking very nice and he came back clean as well. Glenn in the office was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. He made the whole experience quite easy.
I’ve taken my car to Capital Smart airport west a couple of times. The service is excellent. Great quality work, speedy turn around & terrific, helpful reception staff.
Had my first ever accident, simple prang but was dreading the repair process. No need to have worried, this place had me in for my assessment in no time, got it done quicker than I could go sit down in the waiting room and organised a repair date that worked around the holidays and my work schedule.
