In a world where we keep lowering our service expectations, SMART was NOT one of those. Amazing guys in Service and appointment area, was quick, professional and in top of that, the days and times they said it would all happen, it did!! Great comms during process and was 100% upto date. Have had a few bingles fixed over the years. Always excellent service and fast turnaround. The assessment process is thorough and the assessor takes care and is interested in your views. The work is high quality and car returned in immaculate condition. Very happy customer. The reception staff are helpful and courteous. Looking across the repair shop floor during assessment, you can see the work being done; staff working efficiently but there's a friendly vibe among them.
