The service was amazing from the start. My car was booked in to be repaired on a Tuesday and as parts needed to come in from interstate, I was told that it would be ready next week. Two days later, I received a call to say my car was ready to collect. I couldn’t believe it, and to top it off, complimentary transport was arranged to take me home and pick me up. Efficient service, clean workshop and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

In a world where we keep lowering our service expectations, SMART was NOT one of those. Amazing guys in Service and appointment area, was quick, professional and in top of that, the days and times they said it would all happen, it did!! Great comms during process and was 100% upto date. Outstanding professional and friendly service from start to finish. Every one from Mark, the assessor, reception including Michelle and the team in the workshop did a great job from booking me in, booking an Uber both ways for the rental car and keeping me informed of progress. Very seamless and efficient. I cleaned the car before taking it in to be repaired and couldn't believe how good it looked when I picked it up.
