Got my car repaired here last week and the whole process was so easy! I was greeted upon arrival and the ladies behind the reception desk were so nice and friendly! I then got my car assessed by the assessor, he was so lovely and informative and the manager was great too! boys went above and beyond for me, car was repaired and ready to pick up within a week and the finish product is absolutely excellent and I couldn’t be happier, will be recommending them to everyone I know!
This company made getting my car repaired so easy. I was greeted upon arrival by an extremely friendly and helpful assessor, the office staff were very friendly and helpful, the car was repaired and ready to pick up within 2 days and the finish product was excellent. The car was returned, clean and tidy and the pick up process was effortless. A really great experience and highly recommend.
Had my car repaired at Capital Smart Mile End. Booked in same day after assessment. Dent and scratch repaired, matched the paint perfectly. Car was washed and cleaned. Even completed the repair ahead of schedule. Had an issue when the car was dropped off to dealer for recalibration but Mark went above and beyond and helped fix the issue that was caused by the car dealer. And ladies at the front desk are very helpful and great

Through AAMI insurance, I had my car repaired here for the rear bumper and rear parking sensor. After I got my car back, I drove for one day. I realize the rear parking sensor didn't work like before the accident. The sensing distance is incredibly short, with only one frequency of sound alert and constantly beeping with no object behind the car. Then, I went back to the shop.
