I have had a lot of issues with Capital SMART at Mile End, South Australia. They initially sent me home without completing repairs (an engine bay splash guard) it and didn't tell me. When I went back, they said that they would order it and they would let me know when it came in. That it would take about 20 minutes to fit. We're so happy with our repairs done to our Mazda cx-5. Plus they went beyond the average service and polished other areas of the car when asked.
Appreciate the courtesy and customer service provided whilst fixing my vehicle, and happy it was fixed earlier then expected!. The Service Team provided a Uber to assist me to get back to my destination and once fixed supplied the same service. Outstanding Service Experience.

Got my car repaired here last week and the whole process was so easy! I was greeted upon arrival and the ladies behind the reception desk were so nice and friendly! I then got my car assessed by the assessor, he was so lovely and informative and the manager was great too! boys went above and beyond for me, car was repaired and ready to pick up within a week and the finish product is absolutely excellent and I couldn’t be happier, will be recommending them to everyone I know!
