honestly, such an amazing experience from start to finish! Mel at reception was incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, which was such a HUGE difference from the previous repairer AAMI had sent me to. the turnaround was so quick, and the whole team was so professional, efficient and genuinely lovely to deal with. Prompt service and much appreciated texts indicating job progress, but car interior was very dusty after completion and parts were left unattached.
I’m extremely happy with the service I received. The repair was completed quickly and, to my surprise, was finished a week earlier than expected. Capital SMART repaired my damaged bumper on my 26 year old car. I've never had an at-fault claim in Australia so I wasn't sure what to expect.
