To say that Sara has been a helpful and kind property manager during my time would be an absolute understatement. She has an excellent way of dealing with any issues that come up on my end and has always been enthusiastic and cheerful whenever we've spoken before. All of the staff I've had to deal with have made the process as simple and stress free as possible, but Sara is hands down the best property manager I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with!
Sara has been amazing throughout my tenancy with her, one of the best property managers I have ever dealt with! Very professional, also very friendly. Nikki receptionist was so rude i tried to explain the situation wasn’t listening and rudely transferred the call, never experienced such behavior before Everyone else was pretty good never had a problem.
I have been renting through Sara for over a year now, i find her professional attitude, positive outlook and helpful tips so beneficial. Sara has always put me first setting me up for future tenancies! I would recommend Sara & the team at CapitalOne!
