Dr Kelly Champane was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable, really listened to my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling reassured and very grateful for her help. If you’re looking for a doctor who truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr Kelly Champane.
Absolutely terrible experience with Amina KHALID. I came in just to collect my blood test results. The entire appointment lasted 15 minutes ish. I asked only THREE questions about my own results and was charged an extra $20 on top of the $80 standard fee (no Medicare). That’s $100 for 15 minutes. At the same clinic, my partner saw another doctor who actually did their job , spent 30 minutes explaining everything properly and giving real advice (that doctor is not taking any new patient so i couldn't booked him). I've been to this centre twice this week for pathology and GP services. The pathologist answered all my questions and the needle insertion was painless. With the GP, I was feeling quite hopeless of finding a doctor who would listen to me and help me with a fairly basic medical need but I found one who did both which surprised and delighted me. And they bulk billed me. I feel like I won the lottery.
Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment with Dr. Mira Jankovic at 12:50 pm but was not seen until 1:40 pm after waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. During the consultation, I felt she was extremely rude and made inappropriate comments, including pressuring me to buy private healthcare before continuing treatment. I believe her attitude and professionalism seriously need to be reviewed. I would not recommend based on my experience.
Very disappointing experience with Dr Amina Khalid. The consultation regarding my wife’s pregnancy lasted less than 5 minutes. There was no proper discussion or care—she simply referred us to another place. Despite this, we were charged $80, which felt unreasonable for such a rushed and unhelpful visit. We left feeling unheard and unsupported. I would not recommend any one and the administration should take action on such types of doctor.
