I didn't like. I disagree that the application gave me an option to choose a Spanish-speaking doctor because my English is very little and that is why I chose him but when I arrived for my appointment they made me wait an hour to be seen and during the consultation it was very little bit what I understood and what I could understand. I tried to make the doctor understand my reason for the consultation, then they charged me $20 more because the consultation supposedly lasted more than 20 minutes and it did not. Last week went there because I had an appointment with the doctor, presented my medicare card at the counter and told her not to deduct the whole money, instead she deducted $80 and told me I'll get the half amount back by next week. Since then, 2 weeks have gone, and I haven't gotten the refund. The new receptionist is rude, unapologetic, and doesn't listen to customers properly at all. Fantastic surgery, love how they have nurses available and western diagnostics all together and linked. Dr Jinadu is a lovely, helpful man and I’ve always had a good experience with him. The website states the new costs since changes with so many surgeries going mixed billing. The costs listed were not accurate for me, so might be worth a call to confirm prices if this could be an issue for you. But aside from that would recommend.
Wait times are very long. Have called in a number of times and the doctor never got back to me. I just needed a script for a vaccine which shouldn't even be something that you waste a booking slot for as other people probably need it more but was given a dismissive response and told I have to go in for a consult which will last 30 seconds and be $80 on top of the cost of the vaccine. It's just getting worse and medical centres in general just seem to be after money these days. There needs to be a better system in place.
Have been seeing my doc here for almost a decade. Yeah sometimes there is a wait but I understand as I know he is thorough when dealing with me. The nurses have been lovely, explaining g what is happening and what they are doing. I guess the biggest downfall is how busy they often are with walk ins booked and and just having to wait.
