Very friendly and highly professional staff. The medical Centre was extremely busy with patients and I expected my appointment would be delayed and I didn't mind waiting. However, I went to my appointment right on time. Thanks again
I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Farhan Aizaz. On multiple occasions, he was late for appointments, which gave the impression that my time was not valued. During consultations, he often answered phone calls, which I found to be highly unprofessional and disruptive to the care and attention I expected. These behaviors made it difficult to feel confident in the quality of care I was receiving. I hope improvements are made to ensure better patient experience in the future.
Very unprofessional GP Dr Moe Kyaw. In a rush just to make money. In a 10 minutes appointment, he took 7 minutes explaining me the mixed billing even though I agreed to pay at the reception. He had least interest in the patient. The receptionist is a pure evil. Don’t remember her name. She has nothing else other than to defend the GP. Not ready to listen to any feedback. Doctor was on time and proficient which was great however the clinic itself seemed disorganised - don't bother filling paper work when you book online as they don't seem to get it and make you fill in their paper form anyway. Also, reception people were more keen to talk amongst themselves rather than serving the waiting line of people.
The team was very friendly and assisted me very quickly. I didn't wait long to see the doctor. The doctor was thorough to identify what was wrong with me and gave me the appropriate treatment. I'll definitely come back if needed.
