Absolutely terrible experience with Amina KHALID. I came in just to collect my blood test results. The entire appointment lasted 15 minutes ish. I asked only THREE questions about my own results and was charged an extra $20 on top of the $80 standard fee (no Medicare). That’s $100 for 15 minutes. At the same clinic, my partner saw another doctor who actually did their job , spent 30 minutes explaining everything properly and giving real advice (that doctor is not taking any new patient so i couldn't booked him). Changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Yesterday 2 stars for a very long wait for a pre-booked appointment with a GP and her attitude. Today a very good experience with the pathologist when I had a general blood test. He was skillful, friendly and supportive.
Doctors here are good and most office staff lovely (1or 2 at reception could do with more manners). However 1 star review is for an incident that happened with Hotdoc. Booked an appointment here through Hotdoc and received a confirmation email only to be turned away and told ‘it’s not in the system’. When you’re not feeling well & can barely stand, this isn’t ideal. And this has happened several times now 😞 Will ring from now on but will most probably go elsewhere. Why have a system when it doesn’t work 🤷🏻♀️
Dr. Sunita has been exceptional across all my visits. She is incredibly easy to talk to and always offers professional advice in a calm, reassuring manner. Highly recommended. 5 stars all over ♥️
