I am incredibly impressed with both the quality of care I received and the professionalism of the staff. Dr Ken Withers took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate his dedication to my health. I would also like to commend the receptionist (young guy) on duty on 28 March at 7pm who was welcoming, efficient and helpful. Overall, the level of service I received from Dr Ken Withers and the Receptionist was outstanding!
I recently visited Dr. Farhan Aizaz at Cannington Medical Centre, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The consultation lasted only about 5 minutes, during which he merely checked my blood pressure and gave me a blood test form. To make matters worse, he charged me an additional fee for consultation talking longer time, especially considering the very short time I spent with him. I understand doctors are busy and they have a lot of people to attend to but waiting 1 hour plus on average for your appointment that you’ve booked is insane to me. At first, I thought it was a one-time thing but I have been going here for 2 years and nothing has changed. They need to know their patients have other commitments and responsibilities too.
Very friendly and highly professional staff. The medical Centre was extremely busy with patients and I expected my appointment would be delayed and I didn't mind waiting. However, I went to my appointment right on time. Thanks again
We took our child to this clinic for flu vaccination. The nurse was rough when giving the injection, which caused the child's arm to remain sore for a long time after the vaccination. Mt child not daring to raise her's arm. Moreover, the nurse didn't remind us to have the child drink plenty of water and avoid physical activity after the vaccination, resulting she got the high fever in the middle of the night.
