Absolutely terrible experience with Amina KHALID. I came in just to collect my blood test results. The entire appointment lasted 15 minutes ish. I asked only THREE questions about my own results and was charged an extra $20 on top of the $80 standard fee (no Medicare). That’s $100 for 15 minutes. At the same clinic, my partner saw another doctor who actually did their job , spent 30 minutes explaining everything properly and giving real advice (that doctor is not taking any new patient so i couldn't booked him). Dr Farhan Aizaz was attentive and professional. He listened carefully and offered good advice that I found reassuring. Even while I was waiting for my ultrasound, Dr Farhan came out to call another patient in and took the time to ask if I had managed to get a slot. And also, the sonographer who conducted my ultrasound, she was amazing as well. Thank you
Checked in for my appointment with Dr Myo Maung and waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room. Apparently my name was called once and when I did not hear it, the doctor simply went home without checking with reception to confirm whether I was actually present. I was physically there the entire time and no one came to ask me, re call my name, or verify my attendance. I only found out after waiting hours that I would not be seen. Dr Farhan Aizaz was super helpful. He was attentive, easy to talk to, and took the time to listen and explain things clearly. I felt supported and not rushed during the appointment. Highly recommend.
Changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Yesterday 2 stars for a very long wait for a pre-booked appointment with a GP and her attitude. Today a very good experience with the pathologist when I had a general blood test. He was skillful, friendly and supportive.
