Had the worst experience with Dr Farhan Aizaz, he didn’t even let me finish how I was feeling and the symptoms I had. He insisted I would get well in 2 days. As for me to go the doctor, I had to be in a really bad situation. Overall he just wanted to get over it of how quick he did my consultation considering he was late too.
This place is quite literally the most unprofessional place I have ever seen. Booked appointments are hours delayed, no apologies, no warning. I would advise people to never go here and just go to ER for urgent care instead as it’s the same wait time. If you do have a booked appointment just rock up 2 hours later as you’ll probably only wait 10 minutes at that point. This is an absolute joke of a place will never return!!
Dr. Alweyes Omar is very professional and caring, really appreciate. Thank you, doctor! One small suggestion for the clinic: My appointment was booked for 11:30, but I was seen around 12:30. It would be great if the managing style could be improved to reduce waiting times. This would make the overall experience even better.
A real gem in terms of quick and efficient service. Excellent reception staff. I have been a patient on three occasions recently in relation to a medical emergency. The doctors were wonderful and thorough with practically no wait time. Would recommend without hesitation.
The staff at the medical centre are exceptionally polite, professional, and helpful. Dr. Farhan is highly competent, kind, and considerate. He listened patiently as I explained my condition and provided a thorough explanation of the diagnosis. I highly recommend this practice and commend their professionalism.
