Dr. Alweyes Omar is very professional and caring, really appreciate. Thank you, doctor! One small suggestion for the clinic: My appointment was booked for 11:30, but I was seen around 12:30. It would be great if the managing style could be improved to reduce waiting times. This would make the overall experience even better.
Dr. Sunita has been exceptional across all my visits. She is incredibly easy to talk to and always offers professional advice in a calm, reassuring manner. Highly recommended. 5 stars all over ♥️
Changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Yesterday 2 stars for a very long wait for a pre-booked appointment with a GP and her attitude. Today a very good experience with the pathologist when I had a general blood test. He was skillful, friendly and supportive.
DO NOT BOOK WITH Dr Farhan Aizaz!!!! Seriously like whatever you do, don't book him! He will have you waiting for nearly 2 hrs!! With no prior notice he is behind schedule! Not to mention one of the receptionists told me he is known for this! Which just tells you that he knows its an issue and does nothing about it! The other Drs there looked far more efficient, book them instead. I didnt even get seen in the end as I left.
