I had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Zhao only for a short period of time but found him to be very professional and empathetic. I would have no problem in recommending him.
Really unprofessional REAs who do not seem to respect tenants. Agent Frank Du was incredibly late to his own inspection with no notice. Agent was also unreachable by phone. The same can be said of the office. Despite it being a weekday, it seems like no one works here. Atrocious

After having a number of OC Managers to deal with since we moved into the building, it has been impressive dealing with the strata team at CAN. The team provides a high standard of management, very knowledgeable, timely follow up regarding the building issues & needs, prompt replies to emails/calls and clear communication. I could not recommend CAN Strata Management more as the building has really improved since they've been managing.
