This place there are very good an environment like it is cleaned and looks good. There are good doctors, they listen you with attention and curiosity to investigate your health situation. The patient service are excellent like reception and nurses are excellent with theirs skills of take care of patient. Prices of service are between lower and medium compared with market. So it is not too expensive. Pharmacy inside this place are cheaper compared some places depending medication.
The facilities within the medical centre and reception were great. I met with Dr. Satya for a consultation before my trip to Bali, and he was easy to talk to and recommended that I take a few vaccines before my trip. He also waived his consultation fee, as I was spending a lot on the vaccines. The pharmacy inside the medical centre also had some of the vaccines and medications needed for my trip. My experience with the medical center was fine. The doctor Jimenez was running late (made wait for 1 hour and a half) and only hurry me during my time, telling me she only check 2 issues per consultant. She also mention about I should be like Australians (when clearly I am not) for my fellow Spanish speaker people, think twice if you decided book with her just because she is a spanish speaker, there are better doctors out there.
I had an excellent experience . Thanks to the reception staff, especially, Renu. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with all my needs truly stood out. I highly recommend their service!
Really great experience! New patient to this practice, needed my daughter checked on weekend. Dr was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and all staff that I interacted with were caring. Chemist on site which also helped. Would definitely recommend.
