I went to see the GP on Saturday and receptionist informed that as I do not have Medicare and as the pathology team was not working at this time anymore I had to pay the Saturday consultation, go back to make my exams in the next day and pay the same 80 dolars consultation value to show my results to doctor. When I told her that I've been there before and the procedure was pay the consultation only one time, she answered me that doctors are not employees in the centre and each doctor runs different rules but as she works in... read more
Lovely efficient Dr i saw and on-site Podiatrist too. I love there's on-site dental, treatment room and pathology i believe. So handy to various shops and services and to the buses. Thank your tireless, hardworking reception teams, ladies. I appreciate this. From an easily stressed, vocal grandmother.
Honestly this place is great. I have visited both the pathology and doctors and happy with all. The receptionists are great and I find them most helpful. Follow up with respect to results could be improved but overall the fact that its open long hours, a generous amount of doctors available most days, a nurse in house to assist and comfortable waiting area is a win. Thanks so much.
This place has always been my easy go to medical support. Dr Satya is great with his consultation to me and my family. Front office team is great too. Now even great with bulk billing!!
