So happy and appreciative that bulk billing is back! Can see my dr with no stress about payments. New refreshed Centre and lovely helpful staff.
First visit today and the receptionist was a lovely lady very kind. Visited Dr Islam he was on time, empathetic, knowledgeable and caring. Also love the bulk billing system. Found my new doctor for life!
Happy with the changes. 100 percent bulk billing and finally you fixed the waiting system and receptionists...Dr. Milhad was good now we love to go to Dr. KHAN as well. I had to cancel the negative review from years before and my family and I are back to this medical centre! Very happy !
I had such a lovely experience at this medical centre. The ladies at reception, Dr Biswas & the lady in pathology were all fantastic. Patient, kind & I felt immediately comfortable with all of them. I have officially found my new regular medical centre and the staff are the sole reason for that. 10/10!
I have been visiting this Medical and Dental Centre for about 20 years, and the service has always been excellent. The place has always been clean, the staff are very helpful and reasonable. I had used all the services from GP, Specialists, Pathology and Dental and have never had a single issue with the services medical staffs or receptionist. They are all nice and professional. We are very happy to have this Medical and Dental Centre close by our residence.
