I had an excellent experience . Thanks to the staff especially Dr. Bontula and Renu, who was very welcoming and has taken her time to guide me through. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their professionalism and willingness to assist with all my needs truly stood out. I highly recommend their service!
This place there are very good an environment like it is cleaned and looks good. There are good doctors, they listen you with attention and curiosity to investigate your health situation. The patient service are excellent like reception and nurses are excellent with theirs skills of take care of patient. Prices of service are between lower and medium compared with market. So it is not too expensive. Pharmacy inside this place are cheaper compared some places depending medication.
The worst centre I visited in the last 10 years. Won't be back ever. Apart from my 2 hour wait despite having a booked appointment, i witnessed a mum with a 1 year old baby waiting for pathology for 45min, because the doctor in the centre just sent her there. The pathology lady came out and rudely said "I don't do babies" and shut the door. I heard the receptionist explaining to her that the pathology is a separate business. my wife was there on monday 19.08.2024 with a skin infection near her left eye. Doctor did very quick examination and sent her home with an cream for her eye. Todays my wife ends up in hospital as she is in so much pain and now cant see out of her left eye. after 3 hours in hospital she is told they did not give her the right medication. and now had to have a blood test a strong antibiotic and go on a drop for pain and more antibiotics . lucky she is now feeling a lot better. its Doctors like this that are adding to the lo... read more
The facilities within the medical centre and reception were great. I met with Dr. Satya for a consultation before my trip to Bali, and he was easy to talk to and recommended that I take a few vaccines before my trip. He also waived his consultation fee, as I was spending a lot on the vaccines. The pharmacy inside the medical centre also had some of the vaccines and medications needed for my trip. Sadhbh, was the nurse who attended to me. She and the other nurses were helpful with their advice and gave tips for any self-medic... read more
