I went to see the GP on Saturday and receptionist informed that as I do not have Medicare and as the pathology team was not working at this time anymore I had to pay the Saturday consultation, go back to make my exams in the next day and pay the same 80 dolars consultation value to show my results to doctor. Honestly this place is great. I have visited both the pathology and doctors and happy with all. The receptionists are great and I find them most helpful. Follow up with respect to results could be improved but overall the fact that its open long hours, a generous amount of doctors available most days, a nurse in house to assist and comfortable waiting area is a win. Thanks so much.
This place has always been my easy go to medical support. Dr Satya is great with his consultation to me and my family. Front office team is great too. Now even great with bulk billing!!
So happy and appreciative that bulk billing is back! Can see my dr with no stress about payments. New refreshed Centre and lovely helpful staff.
The wait time could definitely be improved. (around 50mins later than the scheduled appointment time even though my consultation took less than 10minutes. The GP was kind but the logistics of getting in patients is unsatisfactory. I had the exact same experience with the telehealth consult with an even longer delay and constant rescheduling of new appointments.
