One of the best medical centres. Staff is exceptionally good. Especially the nurses in treatment room who do fabulous job at attending the patients. Also Dr Islam who is our family doctor does a great job at attending and helping .
I booked my appointment last Sunday at the earliest available time, 9:45 AM. On Saturday night, they called and said the doctor wasn’t feeling well, so I was rescheduled to this Sunday, again at 9:45 AM. I arrived early at 9:30, but was told the doctor was still “getting ready”. By 10:00 AM, they said their computer system was broken and I had to wait until it was fixed. Fantastic - I am a new patient and so far, my experience at this medical centre has been VERY positive. Reception staff have been warm and took their take when explaining paperwork. Wait time was not excessive. Dr Karen Rong was patient and took her time in looking after me and my concerns. Thank you!

I sliced my finger wide open on Wednesday night! Freaked out because it wouldn’t stop bleeding. Took myself to the local Medical Centre because thankfully even at 7.45pm they were still open. The receptionist was super sympathetic & I was seen super quickly by an excellent and very good natured doctor Dr Islam. He put me right at ease and dressed my wound and it took less than 20mins.
