Amazing doctors!! Love my doctor and over all thr centre and love thr nurses!! But you guys should really think about your night time over the phone receptionists customer service skills!! Extremely Extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with over the phone or in person. When you try to book an appointment over the phone she would make you feel like you have done the worst sin of your life and called them. This review is dedicated to Suzan, one of the kindest and most wonderful people I have ever met in customer service. I did not plan to leave a review, but my experience made it necessary. On 15th January, we visited Dr. Noreen Alam Mahfuz for my daughter and paid a higher-than-usual consultation fee, despite it being only a general consultation. During this visit, I asked about a pending test report from my wife’s earlier visits in November (13th, 21st, and 25th). The doctor printed the report but did not inform us of any additional charge. I’ve been here 3 times recently and each time I am more frustrated by this place. The good - lovely receptionists, online booking system. The bad - doctors who are bad at explaining possible causes for my symptoms, Dr Wang’s wait time was 2 hours! Should implement a results emailing system so we don’t have to pay $70 to just get results. The upstairs disabled and baby changing bathroom is dirty - hand soap empty, dirty floors, dusty 🤢

Honestly this place is great. I have visited both the pathology and doctors and happy with all. The receptionists are great and I find them most helpful. Follow up with respect to results could be improved but overall the fact that its open long hours, a generous amount of doctors available most days, a nurse in house to assist and comfortable waiting area is a win. Thanks so much.
