Been coming for years and seen many of the Doctors here. Dr Austin is always kind and caring also the new nurse especially and all the nursing staff are kind. Reception is lovely and everyone is very welcoming. Highly recommend to all
Excellent service and care. I booked a normal appointment but got transferred to the Urgent Care Clinic due to my symptoms and the doctor and nurse there did tests and checks, and asked questions, to determine that my respiratory infection was not too serious and didn't require medication or escalation. I got notified of the test result via SMS within 24 hours.
I was a first time visitor today and was very impressed. The reception staff were kind and accommodating. I was fortunate to see Dr Austin Ndhlovu and had a very through examination where he asked lots of questions, listened and was attentive. Highly recommend
I attended my scheduled appointment today for a skin specialist appointment with Dr Randa Al-Hajali, only to be told by the receptionist that she refused to see me as I was "no show" at my scheduled appointment in January - which I had to wait quite a while for. I advised that I was not a "no show" and received a phone call a few days prior to my January appointment asking to reschedule.
