RECEPTION MEG IS UTTERLY AMAZING!! I work at a nearby medical centre but unfortunately we were closed when a patient arrived. He was hard of hearing and overall anxious about his ailment :(. I walked him over to the urgent care inside of Medical and Dental. We were waiting in line when Meg called us over, I don't believe she even needed to attend to us as she was for the GP office line and we were lined up for the urgent care but she called us over and assisted us so patiently and kindly. Fantastic Team off professionals starting from Admin to the Doctors. Everything. At your finger tips . Blood pathology , imaging and chemist. The last thing I wanted to do was go running around when I am sick . I did everything in the one spot then straight home
I drove half an hour to this centre as I was recommended it by a work colleague. Im so glad I did, I had an emergency and needed stitches and a tetanus vaccination. I was seen to and had everything done within 20 mins. From the lovely lady in reception (Anna) to the amazing Dr Habib I received the best care possible. So appreciate their prompt service and care.
It wasn’t a great experience with the reception team. I called and check with them whether the nurses will be available for vaccination, then they said yes and I booked the appointment accordingly, but then when I went there nurses were already left.
