My husband and I were in urgent need of a medical centre nearby which was opened on a Sunday and a Google search suggested Campbelltown Medical and Dental Centre. Upon calling up, the phone was answered very promptly and placing a booking was efficiently done. We were offered a booking 20mins from when we called up which was a pleasant surprise. Very helpful staff from receptionists to medical practitioners. Nurse who attended to me was fantastic. Can’t fault them on anything. Will return for future medical needs😀

I took my child to see the GP for a scheduled appointment. However, I received a call 15 minutes before the appointment time, asking us to come in earlier. We arrived on time but ended up waiting for an hour. When I inquired about the delay, the receptionist informed me that the doctor only accepts walk-in patients and that there were still four patients ahead of us. Extremely disappointed with the service, I took my son who had severe back pain at 7.00am today at 8.30 we were still waiting there were at least 4 doctors in at that time however did not get to see a doctor the surgery was not busy there were only a handful of patients, my observation was that the doctors were a lazy bunch, I can now understand why the public ER gets clogged up. I had to change my GP about 4yrs ago after he retired. I went to a few, and I have found Dr Austin Ndhlovu( everyone just calls him Dr Austin) . He's the best one that I've found there. He does get very busy some days. I go online in the hot doc app to book, it gets confirmed when you book and also it adds it into your mobile (for those that have them) or I just put it in myself.
