Another exceptional visit to an outstanding facility. Well presented premises. Outstanding staff who go above and beyond to assist. Even when delayed, they keep you well informed. Very inclusive of those with additional needs also. Much appreciated. Plenty of parking within a short distance.
Dr. Austin was amazing. This was my first time visiting this centre. The receptionist forgot to upload my name for the doctor, so I had to wait for more than two hours. But finally, Dr. Austin saw me. He even went to the reception himself and sorted it out. Dr. Austin was very kind and a good listener. God bless you, doctor.
I attended the Medical Centre today and was impressed with the service provided. The receptionist at the front desk had a very positive and caring attitude to my urgent medical needs. The Doctor was very attentive and thorough. The professionalism shown by all was exceptional.
Due to my health condition, I visit this center according to the appointments of my doctor, Randa, who treats me kindly and finds solutions. Even my psychological state has improved thanks to her support. Thank you, Dr. Randa. Most of the staff at this center are friendly, except for some receptionists who are arrogant or sometimes ignore and rude But there are polite receptionists who treat you with respect, such as the very kind Mrs. Charmaine. Thank you, madam, for your high-class treatment and respect for others.
The Campbelltown Specialist Medical Centre has had an overhaul in the reception area and is now much easier to access and the seating is very comfortable. As for the staff as always extremely polite and always very helpful and willing to accommodate your requests. 10 out of 10
