Dr Shawkat saved my life When he told me I had a melanoma and told me to come in the next day I told him I had to work. He insisted so I attended. The procedure was conducted in his rooms and was done efficiently and subsequent visits and tests have shown it's all gone. I am very lucky that my doctor referred me here.
Friendly staff at reception. My doctor was very thorough and reassuring. That is a big deal for me. And, judging from the number of patients that fill the waiting rooms, this clinic is very popular.
I am writing this review to strongly advise against seeking help from a mental health practitioner here as a counsellor/psychologist, particularly if referred by the same clinic. My friend, who is struggling with depression after a breakup, had their first session here and left feeling worse than when they arrived. Misleading Bulk Billing Policy – Hidden Charges! I visited this clinic expecting a "bulk-billed" consultation, as advertised. However, I was unexpectedly charged without any prior notice. When I asked, I was told that charging fees is at the "doctor’s discretion"—which means patients are left hoping they won’t be charged. This lack of transparency is completely unfair.
