Due to my health condition, I visit this center according to the appointments of my doctor, Randa, who treats me kindly and finds solutions. Even my psychological state has improved thanks to her support. Thank you, Dr. Randa. Most of the staff at this center are friendly, except for some receptionists who are arrogant or sometimes ignore and rude But there are polite receptionists who treat you with respect, such as the very kind Mrs. Charmaine. Thank you, madam, for your high-class treatment and respect for others.
Dr. Austin was amazing. This was my first time visiting this centre. The receptionist forgot to upload my name for the doctor, so I had to wait for more than two hours. But finally, Dr. Austin saw me. He even went to the reception himself and sorted it out. Dr. Austin was very kind and a good listener. God bless you, doctor.
I attended the Medical Centre today and was impressed with the service provided. The receptionist at the front desk had a very positive and caring attitude to my urgent medical needs. The Doctor was very attentive and thorough. The professionalism shown by all was exceptional.
Dr Austin is the best GP I've had. He listens and is obviously very experienced and you never feel rushed. I like the centre overall as you have so many services which is great for convenience and if needed GPs , specialists or whoever can directly communicate and work as a team towards a patient . The only somewhat negative is that some reception staff can become abrasive in speech n tone when I've tried to clarify something. I've seen this with other patients as well. The staff at reception were so friendly and courteous. I love my Dr Fatima, she is so helpful. My one stop shop today. Knee xray, Pap Smear and scheduled shot all on the same day within an hour. Fabulous service.
