Dr Zhou is the G.O.A.T. Very professional and knowledgable. He listens and seems like he really cares about his patients. I found him after my long standing GP retired and I’m so glad I did. Very happy.
Friendly staff at reception. My doctor was very thorough and reassuring. That is a big deal for me. And, judging from the number of patients that fill the waiting rooms, this clinic is very popular.
Dr Shawkat saved my life When he told me I had a melanoma and told me to come in the next day I told him I had to work. He insisted so I attended. The procedure was conducted in his rooms and was done efficiently and subsequent visits and tests have shown it's all gone. I am very lucky that my doctor referred me here.
Waited an hour for Dr Randa . TWO WEEKS AGO. The waiting room was 90 % Full . All but two people were waiting for Dr Randa. STILL waiting for the results of the BIOPSY that she took that day . I am thinking that the BIOPSY must be getting checked by Stevie Wonder. .... IT TAKES TWENTY HOURS TO FLY FROM SYDNEY AUSTRALIA TO OSLO NORWAY !
I am writing this review to strongly advise against seeking help from a mental health practitioner here as a counsellor/psychologist, particularly if referred by the same clinic. My friend, who is struggling with depression after a breakup, had their first session here and left feeling worse than when they arrived. In their very first meeting—a critical time to build trust and understanding— the practitioner made harmful and judgmental remarks.
