The physio and group exercise classes are the most important aspect to my medical care. They delve into the cause of my issues and have left me fitter and stronger and with answers! I was very impressed with the physio therapist he was very experienced knew exactly what I needed to improve my posture and more importantly my balance which has been a problem in the past went threw all the exercises he wanted me to do and explained the benifits to my goals that will help me achieve it. He was very professional with a good sense of humour made me very calm and relaxed and willing to trust him. I have started my exercises that he sent me on the app thankyou ☺️
