My experience with Grace at By Design Physio has been exceptional. I had knee surgery 7 months ago which was completely new territory for me. Grace established a rehab. and strength training program and I have now more mobility and strength that I have ever had. Grace's professionalism and support throughout my journey have been absolutely remarkable. Scott & Marissa (and the TEAM) are truly amazing!
By Design is the best physio I've been to by far, would absolutely reccomend them to anyone. Shoutout to Marissa who has been amazing helping me with my lower back pain and mobility issues, she's given me the knowledge and confidence to move freely again. You can feel positive that the staff here have your best interests, they really want to help and make a difference and you can tell this from the moment you step in.
Marissa has been a fantastic physio - she is professional, friendly and positive. Following her advice I am definitely getting stronger and feeling a lot more hopeful about getting back to running. Highly recommend! 🙏
The team at By Design are terrific! Always helpful, friendly and welcoming. Marissa has done an amazing job supporting me in a strength training programme to get me back to a full range of movement after a shoulder injury. I couldn't recommend their services more highly - the gym is excellent!
What a weapon! I love working with Grace. Her guidance always checks out and I’ve made heaps of progress and feeling satisfied from workouts and I’m able to push myself again. 100% recommend. If I can’t do something she breaks it down or changes it up. Great gym too. I think we’ll be working together well into the future!
