Extremely impressed with by design and would happily recommend to anyone. Marco is a stand out pgysio and is reating me like an individual for.my unique situation. I changed providers as I was unhappy with the one size fits alll mantra and exercises that were creqting paim and refusal to listen as a client. Marco is attentive listens to what I need and advises me in a clear, consise and professional manner. My goals aee set by myself and Marco enables me with the tools to achieve those goals.
I recently tore my ACL. By Design assessed my knee and educated me on all possible solutions. I found this extremely valuable as I am 53 years old male that is active and things are starting to break down nowadays. This was very helpful when it came to mentally managing my expectation over the next 12 month adventure. Marissa is such a wonderful physio - knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate. So grateful for her incredible guidance which has helped resolve a number of violin-playing related injuries. The clinic itself is beautiful, well-equipped and has easy parking.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending Design Physiotherapy. Physiotherapist Samantha gave a clear, detailed assessment and explanation about the treatment and outcomes. The premises and equipment are modern and I found the whole experience very thorough, professional and relaxing.
Marissa has been a fantastic physio - she is professional, friendly and positive. Following her advice I am definitely getting stronger and feeling a lot more hopeful about getting back to running. Highly recommend! 🙏
