Absolutely horrific management/ cares. I have pulled my son out of this kindy! They weren’t using my ‘ subsidy ‘ over an error in a date of birth even though they had my sons BC and immunisations record which resulted in me being billed $200 Full days!! ‘Robbery’ even though Centrelink had been confirmed for the full time hours. Secondly a lack of care and lack of commen sense from the workers! We’ve been attending this childcare centre over 3 years and the room educators are amazing! They are attentive, caring, and truly make my child feel safe, supported and loved every day. The rooms are always clean and we’ve never had any issues with sickness constantly spreading, which speaks to the educators’ diligence. The only downside has been the upper management— I feel there’s a lack of support for the centre managers, who have all been incredible, which does show at times. As a parent all you need is to know that your child is happy and safe when he/she is at the daycare. My daughter absolutely loves it here. No dramas while dropping off and doesn't wanna leave when we go to pick her up!! Activities are good. Educators keep you updated on everything via the xplor app. The center management very flexible with all our requirements. They had a lot of staff changes in the last few months but they managed it effectively. Been going here over a year now and it has been great overall.

We have been very happy with the care our 15mo receives at Buggles. We feel the educators really know him (and each of the children) well, and cater to their preferences and interests. They are fun and caring, the centre is big and clean with lots of outdoor play, and our child is very happy there.

The staff here are super professional and always put the safe, health and wellbeing of my daughter as paramount. The activities are fun but also help the kids reach their milestones. The daily updates are professional and the photos we get every day are just another way the team there makes you feel like part of a family and not just a number.
