Dr Jabbar and his team have been absolutely outstanding in the care of my dad. From the very first appointment, they showed exceptional professionalism, patience and genuine kindness. They treated my dad with so much respect and made him feel comfortable and supported every step of the way. Busy clinic, team are wonderful and attentive. Nurse Nicola was amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of Nicola. Her communication was clear, her care was compassionate, and she took the time to make sure everything was explained and understood. She genuinely cares about her patients. Truely an exceptional nurse. My kids love seeing her as well when they’re in the clinic.
We had a really poor experience with Dr Afolabi Olaleye at Browns Plains Medical and Dental Centre. Our 8:40am appointment for our 2.5-year-old started nearly an hour late. There was no mention at check-in that the doctor was running behind, and we only found out after asking at 9:10am. I have been going to Browns Plains Medical Centre for over 10 years and I must admit once upon a time it was shocking but now management have rectified the issue which is a lot better. I’ve been seeing Dr Aslam Jabbar as my go to GP as I find his service nothing short of amazing. He will go above and beyond for his patients and doesn’t treat you as a customer. I can’t praise him high enough.
Went to the practice to see DR Asher Al regarding a pre booked procedure. See doctor on time. Doctor advised me unable to complete procedure as he is fully booked. Advised him that the procedure was booked in and confirmed over 3 weeks ago. Doctor says and I quote "not my issue, not by problem" I went to the receptionist, asked to speak to the centre manager.
