Busy clinic, team are wonderful and attentive. Nurse Nicola was amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of Nicola. Her communication was clear, her care was compassionate, and she took the time to make sure everything was explained and understood. She genuinely cares about her patients. Truely an exceptional nurse. My kids love seeing her as well when they’re in the clinic.
We had a really poor experience with Dr Afolabi Olaleye at Browns Plains Medical and Dental Centre. Our 8:40am appointment for our 2.5-year-old started nearly an hour late. There was no mention at check-in that the doctor was running behind, and we only found out after asking at 9:10am. I have been going to Browns Plains Medical Centre for over 10 years and I must admit once upon a time it was shocking but now management have rectified the issue which is a lot better. I’ve been seeing Dr Aslam Jabbar as my go to GP as I find his service nothing short of amazing. He will go above and beyond for his patients and doesn’t treat you as a customer. I can’t praise him high enough.
I have had nothing but good experiences over the years I have been attending this practice . 90% of the time my appointments have been on time or very close to it. After seeing the doctor on 21/11/25 I had to see the treatment room nurse. Ivy was friendly and efficient.
Had an absolutely lovely service with Nurse Nicola today. She made the process easy and delivered care to a high standard, will definitely be returning because of her! Thankyou Nicola!
