Took my daughter here over the weekend as she was sick and not eating or drinking anything. Was told by the doctor that there was nothing wrong with her and she was happy and alert. They never checked her ears or throat. Went to a different medical center the next morning for a second opinion and first thing they did was check her ears and throat and she had a double ear infection and required antibiotics. I recently went in to see Dr Theingi Win regarding a concern I had with my stomach and in the midst of explaining my problem she interrupted me and said "I'll prescribe you with a cream". I thought that was odd as I hadn't even finished explaining and shes already prescribing me a cream. I tried to ask her more questions but she kept interrupting me and when she finally finished signing the paper she went on to dismiss me very quickly. I paid $60 for a 2 minute appointment. Walked in heaving for breath with chest pain and dizziness & was sent upstairs to the general practice clinic to make an appointment for the next day. Didn’t check me over, or anything…bad form. Last time, waited 3 hours & then saw a really good Dr.
Nurse Donna was awesome.She made us feel so comfortable and all the nerves left once we had a a chat (and giggle). Explaine everything and helped so much. Hands down the best doctors visit I've had and the best nurse. You won't be disappointed 😁
The centre is not as good as it was. Most of the good doctors have left, I have not so good experience with the doctors and the service this centre . I find the doctors are rude, and I made a booking online 2 days before my appt as I was so in pain then they called 2 hrs before my appt that the doctor is sick. That was so frustrating. The another day I made a booking on hit doc, according to the booking , the doctor had availability on that day so I made a booking then an hr later the centre called saying the doctor is away ... read more
