Dr Jabbar and his team have been absolutely outstanding in the care of my dad. From the very first appointment, they showed exceptional professionalism, patience and genuine kindness. I accompanied my elderly mother to her appointment at the medical centre, and we were both so grateful to be cared for by Nurse Ivy. From the moment we arrived, her kindness, patience, and genuine warmth put my mother at ease. We had a really poor experience with Dr Afolabi Olaleye at Browns Plains Medical and Dental Centre. Our 8:40am appointment for our 2.5-year-old started nearly an hour late. There was no mention at check-in that the doctor was running behind, and we only found out after asking at 9:10am. Reception advised that we were ‘next to be called in’, but more time passed, and several patients who arrived much later than us were called in before us. Busy clinic, team are wonderful and attentive. Nurse Nicola was amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of Nicola. Her communication was clear, her care was compassionate, and she took the time to make sure everything was explained and understood. She genuinely cares about her patients. Truely an exceptional nurse. My kids love seeing her as well when they’re in the clinic.
I have been going to Browns Plains Medical Centre for over 10 years and I must admit once upon a time it was shocking but now management have rectified the issue which is a lot better. I’ve been seeing Dr Aslam Jabbar as my go to GP as I find his service nothing short of amazing. He will go above and beyond for his patients and doesn’t treat you as a customer. I can’t praise him high enough.
