Went in for the first time was trying to find a new doctor. Do not recommend doctor Wynn for mental health as she told me she didn’t know as a practicing doctor that’s ridiculous. When I asked if she could recommend anyone else and she said no l. I said thanks for nothing she then called me crazy. Which as a ‘professional’ doctor is ridiculous. Disgraceful practice. We sent a booking request for our sick 2 year old daughter. Request was cancelled 2 hours before the appointment time due to “some one with the same last name having an outstanding bill” turns out it was my wife’s brother who doesn’t even live in the same household or on the same Medicare card as us. Nice one guys, you cancelled on a 2 year old in need of medical care. Pathetic
Not sure why all the negative reviews on Dr Olaleye. My daughter saw him today and he was not overly friendly but really not rude either. Just efficient, knowledgeable and professional which is all we can ask of a doctor. The aim is to get the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment, not make a friend. The wait times are awful though. But, the waiting room was chockers with sick people so wear a mask when you go!
This is for the receptionist staff. I call up and I'm caller 9, wait time is over 2 hours! I request a call back which I do get only to be told I'm caller 2! Then I go to 1 and then go back down to 2,3 and 4! I've been on hold for close to an hour! A call back should mean I'm caller 1 and I get answered. My husband has the same issues so we try to call first thing when they open but we can't always do this with work and kids. This is not good enough!!
I was at the practice yesterday to make an appointment to see a doctor. The receptionist that had her hair in a bun and had purple glasses on was so friendly towards me and my grandkids while I was in the surgery. She is an absolute godsend. It's hard to find such a caring person in such a fast paced job these days.
