We've had Nathan and the guys I'm from brown bear plumbing for several different jobs from tap installation, drain clearing, roof leak repairs and, recently, a full bathroom renovation, and every time they've been superb. Helpful, friendly, informative, and effective. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nathan and the lads to anyone, and they're the only ones we'll have back to do work on our property in future 😁
Unbelievable service. We had a broken pipe and Nathan arrived within 20 minutes and had to jackhammer and cut concrete to get to the break. Incredibly neat job and clean up. Would definitely use Brown Bear again and highly recommend his services .
Top notch team! 10/10 would recommend. I called Nathan for a last minute repair a few weeks ago and he was so quick to respond and able to fit me in (on a Friday afternoon at that). Had such great experience and worked with them again for laying new piping through the entire house. Super transparent and honest about the work that needed to be done. As a bonus, they also helped install an additional garden tap! Really great, kind, standup guys. Thank you again Nathan, Ben and Dom!
Nathan an his boys have been great! Fixing problems from other plumbers, installing showers/toilets/basins for bathroom and ensuite. They also installed an extra outside tape for me, fixed my stormwater pipes/drainage and installed a water tank and pump. They come when they say and work well together as a team to get the jobs done and tidy up after themselves. Couldn’t ask for better.
Had an emergency pipe leak and he was here within half an hour. An enormous relief. He was helpful polite and resolved our problem super quickly.
