Absolutely disgraceful business, I was charged 100% for an appointment I never confirmed, not only that they charged for extra services I never requested and they have refused a rebooking or a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service, advise against using Vanity House. THE worst experience. I also have never posted a bad review to a business in my entire life, but really felt this one deserved posting.
Loved everything about this place. I never let anyone touch my eyebrows but I let vanity house do them and they did the best job. I also got the best facial here which left my skin glowing. Highly recommend!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Vanity house this week receiving their Swedish Relaxation Massage. Kyla the beauty therapist did an incredible job and made my first massage experience a very positive one! My only issue that i think could be improved on was the music choice and volume. At times i felt the spa music was a bit harsh and loud and it took me out of the relaxation aspect. I love my lashes from Danielle, it was my first time getting them done there and I was late but she was super lovely and accommodating about it. Its a beautiful salon with the most comfy beds, I usually have problems getting up after the hour and a half because of my back but I sat straight up after my treatment which is amazing in itself. Very affordable treatments and you leave feeling valued and beautiful!
PERFECT brows, couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The girls there are so lovey and welcoming, HIGHLY recommend!
