After our hot water system failed overnight, we called Billy at 8:00 AM on Saturday. By midday, he had a brand-new system completely installed! The team was super friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job. Highly recommend their services.
The team came same day and made an assessment, explained everything well and got a new HWS installed after a leak was found in the morning. They happily moved everything out of the way themselves and put everything back. I could not fault professionalism and service, they were punctual and upfront and everyone was lovely to deal with including the lady on the phone. I only gave 4 stars due to price point. Highly recommend this company! I called them out to replace a failed gas regulator, and they sent Billy, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly quick, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was completely safe and pressure-tested. To top it off, he was kind enough to throw in a free item from the invoice to help save me some money. Excellent, honest service from a great local business.
Billy did a great job replacing my garbage disposal unit quickly and without fuss. The garbage disposal stopped working in the morning and a new unit was installed by lunchtime. Billy expertly did the replacement and gave a number of recommendations on how best to use it and avoid blockages. I am happy to recommend Brisbane Gas and Plumbing.
