Great service, came out within a few hours for a callout. They also installed our hot water system about 7 years ago which is still going strong. Highly recommend.
Definitely earned this 5 star rating. We woke up to usual gas bottle delivery early in the am, advised we had a leak. We contacted Billy and the team and they were able to get to us that afternoon even with an already heavy schedule. He arrived on time, accesses the issue and resolved it as quickly as humanly possible. His professional service and ability to maintain his skill whilst also teaching a young apprentice in the chaos of our afternoon of madness was just outstanding. I was so pleased with the service provided by this company! From the receptionist who answered my call - friendly and incredibly helpful - to Billy, who came that same day to repair a gas leak. He was not only knowledgeable and efficient but very personable and friendly as well! Offering me advice beyond what he came here to do. They are a genuinely caring company, and that is refreshing (& very rare) these days!
Excellent service and delivery for a conversion from gas to electric hot water. They got the job done within 48 hours of first inspection, including removal of old system, installation of new system and arranging an electrician to run power. Would highly recommend.
