Integrated SMS message to send job details, quote, and arrival time with the ability to track arrival and 20 minute SMS notice. Billy and Marcus worked tirelessly to get the job completed. Billy and the team are excellent! They came to quote a job for my Body Corporate then we started discussing water quality and right then on the spot they installed a brand new tap with a water purifier. So easy to deal with and explains everything very throughly. Also to provide quotes and source materials at no charge is extremely rare. From one tradie to another I really appreciated this level of service and highly recommend Brisbane Plumbing and Gas.
Billy was very informative & thorough, helped with ongoing maintenance & repaired suspect items through out our home as prevention in near future. Checked hot water system & it needed valves replace. Checked the core to be replaced in 12 mths time. Very clean & tidy and easy to talk to. Spoke to us in a very non threatening way & knowledgeable way. Very pleased with Billy.
Great service, communication and impeccable workmanship. Enquired about a gas hot water replacement and had it installed the following day. Then while doing the fitout I enquired about a water filtration unit I saw on their website and they were happy to also install the same day. Arrived when they said they'd be there and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend.
