Billy and Marcus from Brisbane Plumbing and Gas fixed my gas hot water system and upgraded old gas pipes. What great guys, who were truly knowledgeable. Very upfront about costs etc. Which is gratefully appreciated. Came out the day I called. Friendly and respectful around female home-owner. Would definitely recommend.
Stay clear, absolute rip offs and unprofessional ! Had 2 taps dripping and was quoted over $500 to replace saying if they did the washers would be similar price too. Exact same replacement with labour from another plumber for $200 (would have been $85 if we replaced washers). Shameful to lie saying replacing g washers the same and so much more expensive than a normal service.
Great to catch up with Billy 12 years after he installed our hot water system. We received valuable feedback on options moving forward when a new system is required and helped us problem solve the source of current issues with the old system. We recently contacted Brisbane Plumbing and Gas to help with a leaking hot water system. Their communication throughout the booking process was excellent, and the plumbers who attended were professional, on time, and easy to deal with. After inspecting our very old system, we were advised it needed replacing, which we expected. However, the quote provided to install a Thermann 315L system was $4,540.91 + GST.
