The team that delivered our Furniture were amazing. They worked efficiently and put things exactly where we asked and were very mindful of not damaging walls or wooden floors. Highly recommend. 🤗🤗
Disappointing Experience with BMS Removalists. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from BMS Removalists. While the team arrived on time and prepared, the experience quickly deteriorated. We had made every effort to streamline the process by packing all of our belongings into boxes and placing them at ground level, which was appreciated by the crew. What an amazing team. From quote to follow up to day of moving out. The guys on Friday worked hard and got our home packed into the containers. See you in 6 months to unload it all again. Great work.
The guys, were fast, friendly and handled all furniture with care. Pricing was quite reasonable too and I would happily use them again.
I’ve moved a number of times. I cannot imagine a worse outcome than what these guys did. Over 50% of cartons damaged. The packing alone damaged items. Most items of furniture were rubbed or scuffed at a minimum, dented, torn or destroyed at worse. Devastated by what they did to our belongings. Friendly though. Zero stars.
