Gave three stars because of the front desk staff. Seemed ok but one senior staff implied that my card may have got no money in it when the payment didn’t come through for the first time. Instead of telling the staff to try it one more time ,saying “has it got money in it?” Seemed a bit unprofessional and rude. Doctor was professional and quick, really liked my results! Wanna continue with this dentist but hesitant about it because of the front desk staff
I’ve been going to this practice for around 12 - 13 years and I have never been disappointed. The dentists are just wonderful, honest and very caring. The staff are wonderful too. I would highly recommend going here but they do get busy here so I would strongly recommend you booking earlier …. rather than later.
I originally went with a cracked tooth and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr Viola Laurel...thorough with a gentle bedside manner. I have Dental phobia 😆 thank you Dr Laurel for making visits less stressful and for looking after my Dental care.
One of the best clinics in Australia, I came from Melbourne to Brisbane Dental to have my veneers done, Dr. Raghed is more than professional, patient and so friendly, he give me my smile back the way I always wanted. Highly recommended clinic!
