I originally went with a cracked tooth and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr Viola Laurel...thorough with a gentle bedside manner. I have Dental phobia 😆 thank you Dr Laurel for making visits less stressful and for looking after my Dental care.
This dentist and clinic were absolutely accommodating. They went out of their way to help, were caring and professional. They answered any and all questions that I had and couldn’t do enough to assist me and put me at ease. Their quote was less expensive too! The clock was clean, comfortable and welcoming.
I’ve been going to this practice for around 12 - 13 years and I have never been disappointed. The dentists are just wonderful, honest and very caring. The staff are wonderful too. I would highly recommend going here but they do get busy here so I would strongly recommend you booking earlier …. rather than later.
First time client. Booked an appointment for a toothache. Turned out to be an infection. My experience with Viola the dentist and Natalie at reception was fantastic. Viola explained my issue clearly so I could understand what was going on. I was referred to a specialist due to the nature of my diagnosis but the clinic went above and beyond to see if my treatment could be treated on the same day which it was. High recommend this clinic. Very professional and caring.
