This review is long overdue! My daughter has been seeing Dr. Arthur Low for over four years, and he has consistently been a kind, gentle, and caring dentist. He always greets us with a warm smile, and it's clear he genuinely cares about his patients. The reception team at Brisbane Dental are incredibly friendly and helpful too. I highly recommend them!
What a fantastic dental service. My daughter had an issue with her braces popping out and Brisbane dental said pop in today. They were so thorough and fixed what could have turned into a major problem on a cruise ship. Thank you so much for not only seeing our daughter at late notice but doing an amazing job and taking your time. We really appreciate great service like this.
This dental clinic was absolutely brilliant, I really have a great fear of dentist, but he was exceptional, understood my fear and made me feel like I wasn't being judge. Discussed what procedure I needed and how they will go about it. Still hate dentists but he made me feel relaxed. Can't praise him enough as I am not the easiest person to convince.
Excellent service all round, from arrival, dental checkup, payment to next booking. All contact points very warm & friendly. Clear communication with dentist & with reception through text/email. Been attending since mid-90's always a good experience!
Since we have moved to Brisbane we didn’t know which dentist to go with but we have now found Brisbane Dental. Lovely people that you feel comfortable talking with, great care for my dental check up and clean, fast and a good atmosphere. The dentist was running behind but that means he likes to really take care of his patients.
