Super good with kids. All 3 boys (3, 6, 9 years) were happy and comfortable. They have seen Dr Vallari twice and have remembered what to expect even though she explained each step throughout the entire check and clean. Testing the trophy cup on their finger nail to show them it doesn’t hurt. Photos taken to show them what their teeth look like was definitely a highlight. Will be back again in 6 months. I had a tooth with good integrity, moler. Half had been decayed away. Took xray saw that roots were straight enough to pull. Infection underneath, tooth had to be pulled. Lady dentist grappled tooth and started wiggling, tooth started coming out freely but got held up , instead of pushing out side to side a little further until you hear the pop. I had a dental cleaning and a general check-up, and I was really impressed by the professionalism and dedication of Valerie and her entire team. The cleaning was gentle, and the explanations about the condition of my teeth were clear, detailed, and very informative. I can’t recommend this place enough — an excellent clinic right here in the beautiful town of Bowen!
I had arrived in Bowen over the weekend and started to experience a lot of pain in my lower right jaw. I went to the Dental practice first thing on Monday morning as we were flying to Brisbane the next day. I was very impressed by my whole experience from the reception staff to the Dentist and her Assistant. They conveniently squeezed me in and got me out of pain so as I could fly to Brisbane the next day. Highly recommended and thankyou Gwen.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After having a fear of dentists, Valerie and her wonderful team have changed my attitude towards dental work. 2 extractions and a number of fillings later, not only do I feel like smiling, I’m comfortable doing so. Thankyou Bowen Dental! I’ll be back!
