I feel very fortunate to receive the best medical care from the wonderful Dr. Claudia Lee. She is incredibly skilled at listening and providing empathic care in a positive way and I feel I'm in such caring and skilled hands. It's rare that a medical professional considers the patients time as being just as valuable as theirs and I feel I have a seat at the table in discussing options with her. The reception crew are awesome and so kind and helpful with requests. A fabulous clinic.
I have recently become a patient of Dr Bentley and could not be happier. He was very friendly and is doing a thorough check to get me back on track. The staff were also welcoming and the clinic is very clean and spacious. I recommend Burke St Clinic to anyone looking for specialist care.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out … I felt welcomed! The lovely girl at the front counter was a pleasure too talk with and extremely helpful. They were very helpful by email and by phone at helping me secure a last-minute appointment with Dr. Bentley who was great, proactive, knowledgeable, gave me plenty of time, and answered all my questions. They also rapidly got me the documentation my travel insurance company requested after I filed a claim. Would strongly recommend Bourke Street Clinic.
I have been going to Bourke St Clinic for 10+ years and all staff have been absolute amazing; esp Dr Bentley as my GP. I have iron infusions several times a year and Dr Bentley has always been there, even on weekends. He has been available, even on a Sunday when I was called to see him immediately for other issues.
