Dr Jonathan Bentley, at Bourke St Clinic, has been our family GP for over 20 years. During that time and like most families, we have faced many medical issues, big and small. Dr Bentley and the Bourke St Clinic team have been amazing. We are confident that we receive the very best medical advice and care from them.
Exceptional clinic- I’ve utilised four gps here and cannot speak highly enough about their empathy and warmth. They are also extremely thorough- and always ask additional questions before making any recommendations. They pay attention to your work life, social life, and symptoms. This is an allied health clinic who focus on proactive support- not just a place to attend to get a script for something once sick. Cannot speak highly enough.
Dr Brendan Treloar treated me today. I’ve had many GP’s before and I can’t recommend him highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease with Brendan’s professional, approachable, and genuine care. Dr Treloar took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make me feel confident in my care plan. You never feel rushed with Dr Treloar and every visit feels personal and thorough. I’ve honestly never felt more comfortable or well looked after by a doctor. Absolute 10/10 experience every time.
Not as integrative and individual focused treatment as the very high fees would have you expect. Lack of knowledge, belittling communication, over-charging for appointments running longer due to the doctor. Unfortunately a stressful time during the period I attended here.
Annie is always so helpful and reliable and quickly found me a ‘phone consult with Dr Bentley who was very helpful. Problem solved. This clinic has amazing doctors and support staff.
