I have only seen one doctor here. It has been a great experience like no other I have ever had. The team is actually on time with their appointments and there is no feeling of rushing you out the door as quick as possible. The price reflects it too, however, I believe it has been worth every minute.
I feel very fortunate to receive the best medical care from the wonderful Dr. Claudia Lee. She is incredibly skilled at listening and providing empathic care in a positive way and I feel I'm in such caring and skilled hands. It's rare that a medical professional considers the patients time as being just as valuable as theirs and I feel I have a seat at the table in discussing options with her. The reception crew are awesome and so kind and helpful with requests. A fabulous clinic.
I have recently become a patient of Dr Bentley and could not be happier. He was very friendly and is doing a thorough check to get me back on track. The staff were also welcoming and the clinic is very clean and spacious. I recommend Burke St Clinic to anyone looking for specialist care.
I have been a patient of Dr Claudia Lee for a few years now. She is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable with a great duty of care. The reception staff at Bourke St Clinic are very responsive and offer great customer service.
From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out … I felt welcomed! The lovely girl at the front counter was a pleasure too talk with and extremely helpful. My beautiful Doctor Claudia was amazing from the very start. She listened and was helping me above and beyond in all that she done for me.
