Excellent service. Able to get an appointment within 4 hours. Very professional advice. Couldn’t ask for better service
I’m not convinced the dr knew what he was doing. Asked for a pretty basic straight forward script and he wasn’t too sure. I was also under the impression they bulk billed, turns out it’s only for select few. Appointment was on time tho. Staff were nice.
I had a great first visit today the staff were absolutely great the ladies behind the reception desks were real treasures they moved me through the system in next to no time I forgot the time I was supposed to come in for my appointment and arrived 1 hrs early but the lady said to sit down in the waiting room 😀 I don't want you going out in the cold again she said the were total darlings very pleased with my new Dr very on the ball and explained everything to me A BIG TEN STARS FROM ME ON MY FIRST VISIT THANKYOU STAFF AND ... read more
This rating is only for my appointment I had today as normally when I see my regular Dr there he is fantastic, the way I was talked to and the 1.5hr wait was ridiculous after I got in there he said my name didn't comeup. He said he would bulk bill me this time because I waited so long but next time it would be full price, I'm on a disability pension and qualify for bulk billing. I suffer PTSD and after leaving his office I had to hide in the passage way because I was shaking and started to cry... I will never see him again.
Prices keep rising since corporate take over. New company For Health that now owns Boulder Medical also refuses to give records to other doctors surgery unless you pay them more money
