My appointment time was 12.30pm (afternoon), arrived 12.15pm, and there were only two others in waiting room... After waiting for nearly 60 minutes, and seeing no-one else arrive, and being the only person in the waiting room, I asked if my appointment time was correct, was told yes. Waited another 25 minutes or so and then the Doctor called me in, appointment took no more than five minutes, and again, when I left, there were only two others in the waiting room....Hmm, not very happy especially as I wasn't feeling the best ... read more
Staff are happy to discuss everyone else as an issue if you try to resolve one with them but there pathetic attitude is never considered. Terminal emphysema and it's treated like a joke, heart condition and it's not even thought of! Discrimination for even thinking to complain about it! Call on my mobile now on hold 15 minutes and hung up on me but call from my home line and it's answered in 2 minutes. Disgusting reception staff. No care for a patient's health just there own vanity. I’m not convinced the dr knew what he was doing. Asked for a pretty basic straight forward script and he wasn’t too sure. I was also under the impression they bulk billed, turns out it’s only for select few. Appointment was on time tho. Staff were nice.
Travelling through Kalgoorlie & needed an appt. They fitted me in on the day. Dr Ojo was thorough & very helpful. Highly recommend.
I had a great first visit today the staff were absolutely great the ladies behind the reception desks were real treasures they moved me through the system in next to no time I forgot the time I was supposed to come in for my appointment and arrived 1 hrs early but the lady said to sit down in the waiting room 😀 I don't want you going out in the cold again she said the were total darlings very pleased with my new Dr very on the ball and explained everything to me A BIG TEN STARS FROM ME ON MY FIRST VISIT THANKYOU STAFF AND ... read more
