I didn’t have to wait long. The Dr seems thorough and sent me for a few tests. Reception are friendly especially Donna.
Boulder Medical used booking platform which is easy to use and online pre-filled up form which save time during appointment time. Receptions are friendly and helpful. General physician, Dr. Myat Su that I booked appointment with is very patient and professional. I am happy with my visit today.
Fantastic Service, I arrived with 5 or so mins spare & even the Doctor was on time for my appointment so the positive experience began at the start of the appointment and continued on throughout the entire designated time that I was attending the Medical Centre which could only be accented by my Doctor being so very thorough with my every issue currently presenting being so very thoroughly checked over with the full attentiveness it was very helpful and so all items and aspects of each concern was enduring it was covered on... read more
Dr Myat Maw is really helpful and understanding. The staff are helpful too went the extra mile to help me with my paperwork.
Staff are happy to discuss everyone else as an issue if you try to resolve one with them but there pathetic attitude is never considered. Terminal emphysema and it's treated like a joke, heart condition and it's not even thought of! Discrimination for even thinking to complain about it! Call on my mobile now on hold 15 minutes and hung up on me but call from my home line and it's answered in 2 minutes. Disgusting reception staff. No care for a patient's health just there own vanity.
