Went here as new in town, Not staying here permanently. Was refused treatment by Dr Htet as I refused to have my medical recorded transferred to them from my current doctors in Perth of 17yrs. All i needed was an injection, which i had and was still in the box supplied by the pharmacy. Showing all details. He never even looked,. Was only interested in get my file transferred. I was on holiday, so this is not my regular Doctor. I was given an appointment the same day I called and I didnt wait very long to be seen. The existing medication was not clearing up my ear infection and I still had 4 days left before I could get back to my own Doctor. I recovered quickly after receiving stronger antibiotics and ear drops So thankful to the Boulder Medical Health Centre and Staff for their timely consultation and professionalism.
The staff there are very nice, I have always had good reception. My doctor is great he genuinely listens to my concerns when I have to visit.
