I was on holiday, so this is not my regular Doctor. I was given an appointment the same day I called and I didnt wait very long to be seen. The existing medication was not clearing up my ear infection and I still had 4 days left before I could get back to my own Doctor. I recovered quickly after receiving stronger antibiotics and ear drops So thankful to the Boulder Medical Health Centre and Staff for their timely consultation and professionalism.
Had to book a telehealth appointment due to having flu symptoms, I waited two hours for the call so I contacted reception to see how long the wait will be. She told me there was no appointment scheduled for me on the system, even after receiving confirmation text and email. I asked her to reschedule it and she told me I can't book a phone appointment that I needed to come in person, I specified the site wouldn't let me make a physical appointment because of flu symptoms and she said it's fine if I wear a mask(which I've done... read more
The staff there are very nice, I have always had good reception. My doctor is great he genuinely listens to my concerns when I have to visit.
Receptionist that was on today was really welcoming and friendly. The Doctor Thu Than was very helpful and friendly.
Very friendly the Doctor I seen was spot on and gave me exactly what I hoped for. Didn't leave me waiting for long.
