Started off by waiting for 2hours in the waiting room until I was seen by the doctor. When I noticed how unbelievably long it was, I went up to the desk to ask, I was told with such disrespect to wait my turn, and the lady called me a name. I formally asked if she called myself Jas by that’s what I go by, and was told absolutely not and was yelled at in the whole doctors practice to which I ended up bawling my eyes out. Dr Michael Monk is absolutely wonderful, he takes the time to listen carefully and he remembers your existing medicals issues. He gives advice in a calm, reassuring manner and you leave feeling very well looked after. I could not recommend him highly enough!
My experiences at Bondi Junction Medical have been the most positive health care experiences I’ve had so far as a young adult. I feel so seen and cared for here, and finally feel that my health concerns as a woman are being properly understood and investigated. Dr Wadhwani is fantastic and the staff are all so helpful. Cannot recommend more highly!
I had an excellent experience at Dr. Monk's practice. Dr. Monk is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch medical care.
We saw a fabulous doctor and nurse who followed up on the doctor’s instructions & cleaned and dressed our son’s wound. They were both very professional and caring. The centre itself is clean and well run with organised and friendly receptionists. The online booking system is so easy, quick and efficient. This was my first visit and I would definitely recommend this medical centre and will be going back here myself as I was very impressed.
