The receptionist got attitude. I don’t feel comfortable getting service here. I have book the doctor then they said she doesn’t take new patient then why let me book her? I don’t even know who she was i just book for women health. This is ridiculous. I will not coming back here
I had a very positive experience when I consulted Dr Sam Iyer today. I was absolutely impressed by his calm, composed, thorough, totally attentive and genuinely caring attitude towards me. He listened to all my symptoms, asked very pertinent questions where necessary and examined me thoroughly. This is a level of attention that I have not experienced with any of the previous gp's whom I have seen. They have no idea what they are doing. My local tanning salon is ran better. Poor poor service from receptionists and staff. No one cares about you. Made a complaint. No one responded. I still have an active infection. I can’t wait another hour for nothing to happen. Awful awful service. Maccas has better service
Great communication in booking and confirming appointment. This is the first time I have been to the medical Centre. Dr Savio Lewis attended to all my queries and was very helpful and friendly. I have spent the past 20 years having a bulk billed GP so it is a bit of a shock to pay the fees GP's charge nowadays. Very satisfied with service form medical Centre. Laverty pathology upstairs Phlebotomist was not great though, caused 2 small bruises and it hurt.
The worse doctors appointment ever and I can’t believe I had to pay $100 for this. I booked an appointment for 12:40pm, I arrived 10 minutes before and I was told that there’s a one hour wait (I had to make the payment in advance). Then I was told it would be 2 hours wait. The receptionist ask if I could see a male doctor so it would take only 10 minutes wait. I went to see the male doctor and it was very disappointing.
