I love this clinic. My Doctor is Sofia Miletich and she’s the most compassionate, wonderful GP. I would trust her with anything and am so glad I have her in my corner. She’s the best. The reception staff are so lovely too. It’s a really warm and great experience every single time I visit - both doctor and everyone else. I’m super grateful this place exists in the heart of Bondi.
Where do I start. I rang up mid March to make a Telehealth appointment for 17th April. I like booking early and I am organised. My appointment was for 4.30pm. Waited until 5.45pm and still no call. I called and spoke to young Asian female receptionist who kept calling me dear. I told her I had a Telehealth appointment at 4.30pm with Dr ****. She said no sorry he on leave and has been for week now, no appointment, sorry. She said I must be wrong as she looked up my name and said there was no appointment on the computer. I h... read more
I had a very patient, Kind and intelligent nurse attending me. She is well informed and explained the procedure I was taking in a way that made me calm and empowered. She is an active listener. I thank God that I met a kind hearted person like her today.
My experience with Bondi Junction Medical & Dental has been both frustrating and disappointing. The initial consultation was standard - I was referred for tests, which is typical. However, I received no follow-up communication regarding whether my results were back. When I contacted reception, I was told they couldn’t confirm if the results had been received and provided no clear path for me to find out. The Bondi Junction Medical & Dental Centre is an exemplary health-care practice. I have been attending this practice for over twenty (20) years and have discerned a significant improvement in the quality of care from the practitioners, pathology, pharmaceutical, treatment room and the many specialist staff who work from this Centre; particularly since the Centre became a For Health practice.
