I had an excellent experience at Dr. Monk's practice. Dr. Monk is highly knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch medical care.
Shocking level of service. Booked an appointment and still had to wait almost 2 hours. The purpose of scheduling a time slot was to ensure my day wasn't wasted. Avoid this place, they do not provide enough cover for their own workload.
We had an appointment for 3:10 for my 3.5 year old daughter to get her flu vaccination. It is now 3:42 with no update what’s so ever. I told them it was a flu vaccination. There seems to be only “one” doctor working her but yet there are doctors walking in and out. They seems to take people who are hours late verse someone who came on time for their meeting. We saw a fabulous doctor and nurse who followed up on the doctor’s instructions & cleaned and dressed our son’s wound. They were both very professional and caring. The centre itself is clean and well run with organised and friendly receptionists. The online booking system is so easy, quick and efficient. This was my first visit and I would definitely recommend this medical centre and will be going back here myself as I was very impressed.
Leonie and Dr Monk were wonderful in helping me sort out my sick babe whilst on holiday in Sydney. Prompt appointment and really felt well cared for.
