I had a very patient, Kind and intelligent nurse attending me. She is well informed and explained the procedure I was taking in a way that made me calm and empowered. She is an active listener. I thank God that I met a kind hearted person like her today.
This is the third time we have been kept waiting for close to an hour for an appointment. And still waiting. You would assume making one of the first appointments of the day that the doctor would not be running this late. The last time the doctor sat in the room without a patient and kept my child waiting for an hour knowing that we were in the waiting room. No apology once we were finally seen. Favourite medical centre in Bondi junction. I've been to a few different ones and this is one of the best. Reception and medical staff are lovely, patient, very attentive and efficient. Great for uni students and if you bring a health care card you can receive bulk billing. Highly recommend!
Dr Brenda Nathanson is an excellent, caring and patient doctor. She provides holistic care and has a warm bedside manner. I am very grateful that she is our family GP.
My visit to Bondi Junction Medical and dental Centre was excellent. The staff were easy to deal with and were helpful. I can definitely recommend this place for all types of medical reasons.
