I got my septum pierced by the lovely Maze a few days ago, and despite my nerves, she really took care of me and made sure I understood the aftercare process. Unfortunately, the ball fell off not long after, and yesterday I walked in and was greeted by such a lovely man who fixed it for me immediately—it took no time at all. Your team is fantastic, and I will definitely be back in the future!
