🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 At all levels of this business BMS excels. Admin (Louisa) were very helpful and organised. Quote (Nathan & Simon) the process was easy and they happily worked in with our timings. Installers (Steve & Kaea) were friendly professionals arriving on time. Post install (Steve) we had issues we felt were perhaps due to our limited understanding. We have used the team from BMS Electrical a couple of times and couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking for any of the services they provide. Always very polite, get the job done right the first time and the price has always been very reasonable, if not surprisingly lower than expected. A fantastic local SA business who we will continue to support.
I have been using BMS Electrical for over 5 years and I have always received the same consistent services. All of the team members who have come my home are always polite, friendly and happy to explain things to me (sometimes twice) so I understand what work they are doing and why. Their Managing Director (Simon) is extremely responsive and places customer service and value very high on his list. My thanks to the BMS Team.
After some online research, BMS came up tops in Adelaide for installing home chargers for EVs. I approached them before and after I bought an EV. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced and timely. Their skilled workforce knew what they were doing, were neat, considerate and did a good job. BMS did everything that I asked, gave good advice and are one of the best in Adelaide, in my opinion. Also, I observed that they enjoyed working together and took pride in what they were doing.
Excellent service, very quick turnaround around time from an enquiry to the job bring completed The tradesman who attended was brilliant, he was on time, a very friendly guy who knew his stuff. Very happy with the services provided. 3 new hard-wired smoke alarms and 3 down lights fitted. Highly recommended
