Very friendly dentist Dr Naomi Ting put me at ease straightaway. She was very professional, efficient and kept talking to me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. I have been coming to Blue Gum for nearly 10 years, and can really recommend this practice. Before Naomi, I have been previously treated by Dr James Monk and Dr Natasha (currently on leave). I never thought I would say this, but I am looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks! I have never had anything but exceptional help at Blue Gum, but my last appointment had me feeling very relieved. Dr's Natasha and Sarah have looked after me (and my fears) so well, and no, I am not being paid to say this. Would 100% recommend!
A small practice with friendly staff. You could say I have a phobia of dentists due to past experiences but the team here have put that to rest. Natasha is calm, caring and talks you through while the hygienist is patient, friendly and explains in detail what work is being done. If you are looking for a professional clinic, I highly recommend.
I have been seeing Natasha for over 10 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! The facilities are lovely, and the entire team is professional, friendly, and caring. I absolutely love going to the dentist, and Natasha takes a very personable approach to all her patients. She remembers personal details about my life, making every visit to the dentist an easy and pleasant experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
Wonderful team from the people out the front to the staff taking care of your teeth. Easy to get an appointment, on time and efficient. Highly recommended
