Cheryl was the ultimate professional and was open, honest throughout the total process. She assisted with presentation and gave sound advice on the best way to set up my property. The latest was sold off market within 4 hours of the first inspection. She has now sold 3 of my properties all above what the comparisons were showing. Two were within a few days of listing and the 3rd within 2 weeks, with mulitple offers. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an honest reliable agent to sell their property.
